He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

We had used them years ago to install a PVC fence and we were very happy with their work. The salesman, Jason was very knowledgeable, and showed us a few styles. He then consulted with Frank and they worked with us on what I considered to be a a good deal for what we needed. In just a couple of days, Juan and Carlos came out to install the railing and they did an awesome job. They have a terrific, strong system and they paid attention to every detail. They are craftsman and the railings were in place in a couple of hours, cemented in nicely. Every one of the people we dealt with were very fair, attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Family Fence for both railings and fences. If you need either, go with these guys and you will be glad that you did. After 2 weeks, I texted him asking where the photos of the fence that he promised to send. Two days later, I reminded him again, and only then did he finally answer. Michael said that the panels had been ordered a long time ago and I just needed to be delivered. 3 weeks for delivery?? At the Home Depot, delivery is the next day! Was it some kind of scam for their own benefit? After 5 (!) weeks, the workers finally arrived. The guys who installed the fence did a wonderful job, so I'd give it a 3 stars overall. I never saw or heard from Mike again. Totally unacceptable management. I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste from dealing with this company.
