We had a busted sprinkler head and called Moore on Wednesday afternoon. They scheduled me for Thursday between 12-2. At 11:45 I got a call letting me know they were on the way, and they showed up about five minutes later. I showed them the issue and we walked the system together to make sure nothing else was wrong. They found a few leaks in the drip line and replaced two sprinkler heads. Price was fair, service was fast, and the guys were professional and friendly. Great experience. read more

Team figured out my issue with the drip circuit pretty quickly and fixed the incorrect wiring that I can only guess the lawn service redid and fixed a slice in the drip tubing so all circuits are fully working again. They did comment that it helped I knew where the values where, except one I need to find and had a Rachio controlling them all. read more

I was told by tech they are under new ownership and it is obvious. I explained to autumn over the phone exactly what was happening and that I had water hammer noise in house when sprinkler came on. I explained that I didn't want to spend the $170 service charge for them to show up and say they couldn't do anything which is exactly what happened. Tech showed up and said he has never dealt with water hammer in house because of sprinklers and advised me sprinklers are supposed to shut on and off quickly. They checked pressure on my house after I asked if they could at least do that. They then advised me that I was over the hour time and would have to charge me another 1/4 hour. They charged me $212.50 for a pressure check and conversation about how they have never dealt with water hammer in house and don't know what to suggest. i asked them to make sure their boss knows I am not happy and they advised they would let him know first thing in the morning. It has been over 24 hours and I have received no contact from them. Stay away. They just want your money. read more

Moore sent its technicians back to our house, where they diagnosed some further below-ground issues caused by tree roots, not previously detected, which they then resolved with substantial work and new parts and components. Although there were charges for the new parts and components and the installation services, we were credited for the charges for their earlier, initial visit. But the important thing is, the services were effective, the system works great now, and I can (and will) highly recommend Moore Sprinkler Company for lawn irrigation systems. read more

I give five stars to the hard working guys that actually installed the system--I couldn't believe all of the digging involved. After the system was in I noticed some pretty big differences from the plan/diagram the company gave me--especially in terms of the number of sprinklers and specific location. I got in touch with the representative I was working with and he agreed to come out and walk through things again. He agreed some areas were lacking in coverage (especially one large area in the front yard and several flower beds). It took a while for the workers to then come back out and fix things, but to be fair it was cold/wet for a while. My yard is fairly large with a weird layout so overall I am satisfied. The only thing that has me not giving 5 stars is my interactions with the sales person/representative that did the design....it always felt like he was a little "put out" and annoyed when I contacted him after the initial installation. Definitely didn't go above and beyond to answer my questions/teach me---like even as we did the walk through when I pointed out things like patio furniture being sprayed he would just say things like "you can adjust that"---but never actually bent over once to show me how. read more

They arrived within the estimated window and I received a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. Once here, they worked efficiently and my system is back up and running with all sprinkler heads working well--and they found others that needed replacement. I had Moore Sprinkler come out at the beginning of summer to check my sprinklers to make sure they were ready for the summer heat. They made adjustments that quickly killed 6 plants. When a new technician from Moore came out to fix what had been done previously, he was very apologetic. He said management would look into the photos of the dead plants and that I would likely get a refund. After multiple un-retuned calls, the receptionist recommended emailing the ownership. Ownership responded that they wouldn't replace the plants and I should contact my landscaper. It was a sprinkler issue caused by them, not a landscaping issue. My plants were fine before they came out. If you want to risk your landscaping go with Moore. Beware. read more

What did I get for $145... a $3,000 bid (over twice the price of other well recommended irrigation companies) and no actual plans. When I called Moore Sprinkler Company they were about 10 days out on appointments, (which is a good sign in my opinion). The lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional and put me down for their first available appointment and said that she would put me on standby in case something came up sooner. On the day of the appointment someone called prior to the technicians coming out to let me know that they were on the way. The two gentleman that came out were also very pleasant and professional and repaired several issues that I was having with my sprinklers. Their rates are very competitive and I was emailed an itemized receipt shortly after the technicians left. I would certainly recommend Moore Sprinkler Company for any sprinkler issues that you may be having. It may take some time for them to get to you but they are definitely worth the wait. read more
