Reached out via email a couple of times with no response. I am a very self aware type person and always courteous and fair so I don't believe I scarred him off but to not even be able to raise a response is disappointing. As we completed our 2018 tax return we found out that the monies invested were put into a Merrill Edge money account. When I spoke with a representative to find out why and if we can move the money to an IRA he said I wouldn't at this time. I contemplated over our conversation and decided to call back and speak to another account representative. I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for an agent and was disconnected. Tonight I tried calling back when it wouldn't be so busy and again I was on hold for over 30 minutes. This companies customer service stinks.
