They said we can not do cancelled my appointment. March new appointment agree to deep clean in 2 areas they charging g insurance over $1100 but I would need to pay copay of $330+ today before treatment. But was is the excuse for the appointment I set for first thing when they opened. I have also thrown up on 2 different visits. It seems like that at least some of the staff doesn't know how to adjust. If their normal process is to clean 5 teeth before they rinse. Then they are going to clean 5. But if you know I have a sensitive gag reflex and saliva is building up faster than normal. I might need after 3 teeth. But they are going to stick to the procedure they know. Not adjust to the situation.

We were quoted one amount, paid it in full day of surgery and then received a bill a couple months later (which they had flagged as already past due). On top of this, my son had some issues with his lower right gum, which required a follow up visit, where we were assured all was fine. Except it wasn't. About a month later, the rest of my son's wisdom tooth finally came out, which we were not even aware was still in there. How could he not see this when we returned due to the issues he was having? Imagine my reluctance to pay anything more for such a subpar service. When I explained the situation and my dissatisfaction, they threatened to send me to collections.
