LOCATION: Perfect, next to London bridge and all the action. A long walk to downtown but they offer bikes. FACILITY: Super nice lobby and outdoor space... okay remember the is Havasu so set expectations correctly. Rooms were okay, we had room 206 and came to find a crime scene murder couch in the sitting area... well not really but it looked that way. We got an explanation and it was being replaced at some point. ROOM: Nice views, quiet and pretty clean. Comfortable beds. LIBATIONS: Yes, bar in the lobby with happy hour. Great drinks like $6.. STAFF: Fun and very nice. OVERALL VALUE: Yes a good value but we will upgrade to one of the larger suites next time. Brad and Angelina stayed on the third flood suite so that may be a bad luck room. TIP: For sure upgrade the room. If you're going to be there for a few days get a nicer room like the Ignite Suite.

Campers and Travelers beware…read more When I requested a refund, I was told I could only rebook and that refunds were not offered. I strongly disagreed with that position and disputed the charge with my credit card company. The dispute was resolved in my favor, and I received a full refund. Take that Scams, I mean Sam's.... In my experience, Sam's refund policy was unfair and left me feeling like the business was trying to keep my money rather than work toward a reasonable resolution. Customers shouldn't have to resort to a credit card dispute to receive fair treatment, but glad I did. Shame on you, Sam's scams. I hope you reconsider your refund policies and start treating RV travelers more fairly. After all, we made you who you are, not the other way around. We recommend disputing the credit card charges if not given a refund.

The boat holds about 25 passengers and is comfortable. Captain Tim navigates while Janene narrates the tour. Janene provides interesting history and facts about the lake, London Bridge and the people that designed and built Lake Havasu. The almost two hour trip guided us through Copper Canyon, where Janene pointed out geological features. Captain Tim expertly maneuvered the boat so that everyone could take good photos of the sunset and London Bridge. Janene took photos of the guests so that we could remember our adventure. They offered water to us when we boarded the boat, and we were allowed to bring our own beverages on board with us. We brought wine and beer. Assorted music plays during the cruise. The cruise is an excellent way to experience the beauty of the area and lake. This a 5+ stars adventure.

We just spent three days at Stagecoach with my wife and two young kids and I can't say enough about…read morethe ranch and their staff. They go out of their way to accomodate their guests, from horseback riding to adventures in military humvees. My 11yo daughter is an experienced rider, but my 7yo son has never ridden, and they planned rides that were fun for everyone. You can do two rides a day if you want, which my daughter and wife did. My son and I chose to ride once and spend the rest of our time finding old military relics with the metal detectors, swimming and trying our hand at archery. My favorite aspect was that it felt like a real ranch. I felt totally comfortable letting my kids explore the ranch with new friends while I relaxed. They do family style meals at 9am, 1pm and 7pm which felt special. We will definitely go back, but next time we'll stay a little longer!
