Was here as a guest to a wedding. The location was absolutely beautiful ! The food was pretty good. 1) ZERO RECEPTION - The bride/groom and the wedding party stayed here. They could not send or receive messages. Sometimes they received, but they couldn't respond. Guests had to leave the area to speak to their kids. That was awful! 2) no signs to find where you need to go to the wedding. It's a complicated area. Zero signs. They told the bride there would be signs and arrows for everyone, nope. Plus to be with zero reception, the whole time we were calling the bridal party to see how to find it, but couldn't get through. That part should be a normal part of the facilities. No signs nothing. 3) The bartender and her assistant. Ouch! Very bitchy and moody. I thought maybe she has a resting bitch face like I do. Nope, she looked like she hated to be there and you were putting her out by asking for a drink. I even gave her a $20 and said this will be for some future tips as well. Usually tip a $1 or $2 a drink. Once I got over that I would tip more. I asked her if this was ok because I didn't want her thinking that everytime after that I went up to the bar I didn't tip. She gave the worst face and looked like I was leaving a $1 for the rest of the night. That was strange. Very strange. I was not the only one that thought this about the bartender. The night was beautiful, but I think the signs should be put up. Also, the older ladies that picked up dishes and were standing by the hordurves. LOVED THEM! read more

Salads are great baked potatoes the bomb. My teriyaki chicken dinner was so so the chicken could've been thicker. Hass had a coconut shrimp dinner. The dipping sauce was not good . It was so thin. It was tough. We did have breakfast there as well my eggs were cooked great but the deep fried the potatoes. I would like hash browns or home cooked potatoes . Recently had the fish special , ex excellent price, good value, but I believe that the fish was undercooked, nice outside crust, but the fish was mushy and just not fried in the batter long enough. I will try it again at a later date. Friday special not special if not cooked properly. Their daily noon specials are a good value, still worth stopping. I gave it only 2 stars because of the fish on Friday. I went with friends and they did not eat the fish and sent it back. read more

The rooms are a bit outdated but for what you need them for, they pass. After each day on the Lake, a cool shower is great. All meals at the diner are good, service is always friendly, good food! Very easy to check in and Michael gave up a tour of the facility and helped us pick out a spot which was Very convenient, close to pool and golf course. He also gave me a tour of the course which was really appreciated. We have to really acknowledge Ashley in the Office for sharing her Starlink account and password with us. Gyna would not have been able to communicate with her shop, watch anything on wifi or even make a phone call. T-Mobil has ZERO service in that area. She went beyond normal hospitality. Thank you Ashley. All in all, we had a nice stay and shout out to Gloria, Kathy and Ceil for sharing some stories at the Pool. Air conditioning doesn't work. I've stayed here the fourth time and it's the fourth time the air-conditioning didn't work. They finally redid the rooms which is a plus not worth the money at all. Every time I call for them to come help me they can't do it. Their people are elsewhere. They're too busy. They don't really give a shit. My room has been 90° today the whole day. read more

We just stayed here for a week at specifically the RV Campgrounds. It would be a 5 star review if the spaces had individual benches, fire pits, and just simply more space. This is really more of a 4.5 Out of 5 stars. The resort is RIGHT NEXT to the Parker Dam, if you go out in the water and make a left away from the resort, you will literally be facing the edge of the Parker Dam. It was surreal!!! We loved the private beaches that was available, we tried out the restaurant on site once and it was decent. There is no service whatsoever and WiFi only worked for us inside the restaurant. The full hook ups at the sites worked great, no issues at all. What made us have such a great time was always getting to interact with Keith, he showed us around to pick an RV site (first come first serve and we got site 350- short walk to a private lagoon, has a tree for a little shade, next to one of the main roads and not squeezed in between trailers). Keith was excellent from day one to our last day, incredibly helpful as we were first time RV'ers. He helped us with just about anything and was genuinely happy to help. We loved him and would come back just to see him again! We wish the RV Park was bigger, had more amenities and just something else to make it more fun but overall it was a very nice RV campground. It was clean, people picked up after their dogs mostly, neighbors were generally nice and everyone was really in their own world enjoying their vacation. Another GREAT thing about this campground, we left all of our stuff outside of the trailer every day and no one ever stole anything or crossed into our space. We also left our set up with tent, chairs, bags, on the beaches every day and we always came back to our stuff without anything missing so for us, the campground was very safe. They have security 24/7 driving around, we always saw them at night when walking the dog and in the day time. Very friendly staff and a safe place!! read more

I didnt stay here. Restaurant staff was overwhelmed and server made sure everyone knew it over and over. She continually sat people but didnt warn them they were 25 orders behind. Stayed around July for a weekend, was super excited to be with a group of friends for the first tine in months (which was the only part that made it bearable). Accommodations were dreadful - stayed in a 'Lakeview' room- see images, the Lakeview was laughable and ACROSS THE FREEWAY! Not even in the resort, you had to drive to get there. A/C went on and off every few minutes and was soo ridiculously loud. There is also an additional fee per person per night over two people- but the room sleeps 4??! Staff clearly overwhelmed and didn't really know what they were doing except for one who may have been the Manager, was incredibly rude saying "oh most people are disappointed with those rooms that's why we tell them over the phone" - well in the 3-4 times I called, it was not once mentioned so maybe considering updating the website image and so as to avoid FALSE ADVERTISING. read more

We booked a two month stay, paid a year in advance & after a month we were called home on a parent emergency. Upon our 12 hour return two weeks later we were told that they had removed all our possessions from the room & canceled our reservation & never informed us with a call. They said we were subletting our place when a friend asked if they could use our rental. We were NEVER given a list of rules & now they told us we cannot re-rent nor rent next year. We believe we are getting the brunt of their failures to communicate rules & will seek a civil case against Havasu owner Mike Burnett. read more

the sites that were left were in 'the pit' (described by a few guests) and so close together as to be irritating. the whole place is stones so crunch crunch is the sound; and little stones are everywhere. morning was mound at 7-8 am with loud trucks, quads all starting up. the rules say no quads in the rv area but they were everywhere. the beaches were river beach's and small. the larger had dog shit on it. almost no one wore masks during covid - including the staff. the pool was the highlight. large and nearly empty it faces the mountains and the motel's grassy common area. very nice. too bad everything along the river was like a massive confused parking lot. we spent every day at the pool which was our plan. so things worked out. sadly, the pool deck was cleaned once, chairs were broken - twice we saw guests fall because the chairs broke on them! twice! used towels there for days. never replenished either. cleaned off rib bone on the deck for 4 days. a plastic catering fork on the deck for days. the short but great hike to parker dam was also a highlight. in short order off the main parking lot you were along the river and surrounded by rocks in a state park thing. super nice all the way to the dam. one could fish along any part of it. very nice. the guests were all great but this is a place where 4-6 parties/rigs all reserve together to party for a month. we found most were from california all acting like arizonans. most were repeat visitors. i'm not sure what the draw is. read more

Recently stayed. One of the beds had dead bugs on it. The wall air conditioner isn't fitted properly and dead bugs were landing on one of the beds the whole weekend. There was also a folding chair outside our room that had a chair cushion that was completely torn apart and unusable. It made us feel very unwelcome. My parents and my fiancé and I stayed here last weekend when we joined our extended family at the river. This resort is a city in itself and has a lot of great amenities. For the price, you cannot beat the value and I was grateful the wall AC was working perfect. Why did I deduct a few stars? The rooms are absolutely run down and the bathroom was extremely unclean. I showered in sandals because the floor was caked in dirt and mildew. There was also a great deal of confusion at check-in and check-out. The ladies at the front desk admitted to their mistakes and although they stated the issues were resolved, they were not. Our motel was also not ADA compatible which made it difficult for my dad. Nonetheless, we spent a majority of the time away from our room which is probably the case for most visitors. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around and stop by the restaurant for lunch or dinner one day. read more

The best wedding venue ever!!! The Pointe is just a jaw dropping location to get married. Everyone who works here is so accommodating and helpful. This place will forever have a special place in my heart. The Harbor Room for the reception is amazing. I came here with my husband and two dogs on Sept 23rd. We stayed three nights. When you pull in, you stop by the office and go inside to check in. Sites are first come, first serve so the camp host comes out and you drive around and follow her. We got site 402 and we were grateful. It was a good site with a good amount of space to back in and pull out and great views of the water. All the sites in the 400s are pull through but there was more room for us to back in. If you stay in the 400s, I recommend the first row. All the other rows are really tight for backing in or pulling through. Our Directv worked great. I was so thankful because there was no phone service and no internet. Each site was gravel with a concrete pad. There is a one foot divider between each site that has tall plants for a little privacy. We had a great time walking down to the beach with our dogs. We were able to set up our EZ up and hang out all day. My husband rented a golf cart for $70 a day. There are two restaurants with bars. There is a general store connected to the bar by the marina. The bartenders are really cool and friendly. Check in is at noon and check out is at noon. There are bathrooms with showers, a pool with jacuzzi, a playground and a tennis court. There are also homes on site. The 100s and Lakeview spaces are homes. In the 300s and 400s the spaces on the map in pink are homes. I don't think they are rentable. One thing I found interesting was that the place was packed with RVs but no one was staying in them. Apparently you can pay monthly for six months at a time to keep your RV set up and you can come and go as you like. The campers next to us told is that. They set their rig up and then they went back home to Havasu. The one thing I would change is the street light situation. There aren't any. It is pitch black at night. Its scary even if you carry a flash light. I absolutely recommend this place. read more

Came here for a wedding recently and stayed in the rooms near the pool. This review reflects my groups stay in the rooms near the pool and does not reflect any experience in the RV area or other room area of the resort. Below is the good, bad and ugly of my groups experience. Good: The staff are all really friendly and helpful. From the room staff to the waiters, waitresses and bartenders. The friendliness of the staff kept me from giving 1 star. The drinks at the bars we relatively cheap and at the same time delicious. My favorite was the Tito's Tai which was a take on the Mai Tai with Tito's vodka. They have a nice "beach" area where you can lay on the beach with your easy-up and anchor your boat or seadoo for easy access. Bad: The food at the restaurant by the main office was slightly expensive and was unfortunately sub par. It all sounded good on the menus but when it reached our mouths it tasted like it had freezer burn and/or lacked any flavor. Ugly: My fiancé, along with my group of friends, spent 4 days 3 nights there and we saw over 10 giant beetles (along with other unknown bugs) on our floors and in our beds throughout our stay. I understand that we are in the desert, but with a name like "Havasu Springs Resort", I would expect a slightly better room experience. We had to inspect our room/beds each day to make sure we didn't have creepy critters crawling all over us. read more

Arrived to room late at night and struggled for 15 mins on an unlit walkway to get the door key to open. I attempted to call the management office but no answer. Upon finally getting the door to open and entering the room it was obvious that this place has been here for a long time and was poorly maintained. I turned on the Wall AC unit that was loud but thankfully worked. There was zero WiFi available and poor cellular service. The bathrooms were old and outdated and the fixtures stained and covered in corrosion. The mattresses were old and there was a plywood board under the top mattress of my bed. The first night I had no hot water but fortunately was able to take a warm shower the second night. During the night I could hear sounds on the roof that woke me. There were three cockroaches that we kicked out onto the walk way from the room before killing them. There were fortunately plenty of towels which was a good thing since my room was not serviced between nights. This place did not feel safe and I would not recommend to stay here unless as a last resort. read more

This review is just for the rooms that we stayed in. Overall, the resort has a lot of amenities and the people there are very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms are so bad that it makes the entire experience miserable. We stayed in a Marina room. We were supposed to stay for four nights, but ended up leaving after two. The grounds around the rooms are totally dirty - cigarette butts all over the place, trash on the ground, etc. The rooms look like they have never been kept up at all. The shower fixtures barely work, no water pressure, dirty walls, TV and cable did not work, etc. The worst part was the horrible air conditioner. It could not even come close to keeping our room at at acceptable temperature. Yes, it was 100 degrees outside, but that is the normal here and the resort needs to invest in proper AC units to cool the rooms. I could go on and on about the rooms, but I assume that you get the point. It's too bad, because the grounds could make for a really special experience. read more

I've stayed in the hotel and motel here, both which are only so so. I prefer the poolside motel over all of them. We are currently keeping our rv at the springs and it has been a great experience! The camp host Jerry is super nice, we have really nice neighbors and always have a good time! Both bars at inner harbor and outer harbor usually have something going on. The big sticks are my favorite! The burgers at outer harbor are the best!y friends and I crave them all year long! You can use the boat launch, or rent a boat slip for a daily rate of $18 for a normal slip. Large slips are more. You can use the pool and tennis courts. They also have some beaches if you don't have a boat, they are pretty rocky though. Overall, a great spot for havasu! read more

They also tried 3 more times but did not go though. So it's obvious to me that they had stolen my credit card information and used it. Go past it; 2 nice areas that look like sites are right next to the river! Try Sunshine Resort, Verde West RV or River Lodge - not sure which looked great while driving to Tucson. Like everywhere don't believe WiFi, they DONT have it. It's near the river, there are no RV 'river sites'. Only permanent houses have river views. RVs rows extremely close. No dividing anything between other RVs; looking at back of RVs and peoples 'stuff' outside their rig. Some are loud, not a lot of respect. No picnic tables to sit at outside, tiny one would be sufficient. 8am one morning a giant propane truck pulls up in 'the pit' RV area and sits there & runs. Very loud, no excuse. People regularly pull up nearby, leaving their loud diesel vehicle running they get out and have a long conversation. Regardless of the exhaust they're blowing in your space. Nice small 'beach'? area next to the river with nice view. It's a dirt beach Nice walk to the nearby dam with great views! I'm not aware they even tell you about it. Nice sitting at the pool, can look up at mountains. But even that is never checked on, cleaned, etc. Ducks frequent the pool, nothing you can do about that. There was a pre-wedding get together at the pool on a Friday when we arrived. The next day there was a chicken bone left on the ground by a chair. A plastic spoon sat for a week. A foursome lounging in the hot tub, a woman, after throwing cheezits onto the deck to feed the ducks spilled them in the hot tub then attempted to scoop them all out with water. Then she just dumped the remaining box of crackers on the deck for the ducks to eat. Freaking slobs help ruin spaces. Storage of boats, trailers, atvs most places you walk by. Needs a lot of work! read more

My daughter was married here in March. The wedding ceremony on the Pointe was breathtaking and the reception in the Harbor Room was a blast. There was plenty of room the for all of the guests. They chose the Caribbean food for the dinner and we added shrimp and scallops. Plenty of food was served and we even had leftovers that they boxed for the kids to take home. Good place to stop for a drink and if you have dogs with you they are welcomed. The inside is a bit run down but it's the river so it's expected. They have burgers on the patio with misters but with this heat they do very little to cool anyone. The burgers come with chips. I opt for a cheese burger no meat and it's exactly what it sounds like but it's eatable. They don't have many options for vegetarians. Get their big stick drink. It's so good. Tastes just like the popsicle but with alcohol. They make virgin drinks too for the kids. The also have a gas station and a mini mart to restock the boat with drinks and ice.
