Francisco and his team diagnosed the problem and provided a thorough report to me that I could understand describing the issues and the recommended parts and procedures that were needed. I gave my approval, and they actually provide the courtesy to pick up the car at your home and then deliver it back to you at no additional fee! They called me to let me know how the repair job was going and provided the estimated time of completion. The also provide inspection services to pass the emission tests for your car registration. It was perfect timing as my car had failed a recent inspection. They diagnosed the emission sensor that was needed and had my car reinspected and provided the documentation I needed to get my new sticker. Other mechanics I had tried could not figure out what was needed.!!! So, my car was delivered to my home with the repairs completed and the inspection passed document to get my new tag. I will now continue to use PAI Automotive for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance and highly recommend them.

With most alignments, there is a print out provided to show you how far your car was out of alignment. Not this auto repair shop. The customer rep lied to me three times about my car being test driver. I noticed my car leaving the facility after I made a loud statement about my car in front of other customers. They never answer the phone or return messages. That should have been the first sign that he was not professional. Would not return my money for doing nothing to my car.

My 15 year old truck most of its life in New Hampshire. Road salt has cause some major rust problems, and I had an exhaust leak that needed fixing but the flanges and bolts were all rusted together. I anticipated several days and several hundred dollars oh, perhaps a week and $1,000 to effect the repair... Stanley suggested that I don't go too far, then it wouldn't take too long and it wouldn't cost too much. A couple of hours and $100 later I was driving home feeling like a very lucky man!
