Worst customer service I'd ever receive from an auto repair shop. There was no communication of the status of my car. I came in for an alignment and will have to take it to another shop because I feel like the alignment was not done properly. With most alignments, there is a print out provided to show you how far your car was out of alignment. Not this auto repair shop. The customer rep lied to me three times about my car being test driver. I noticed my car leaving the facility after I made a loud statement about my car in front of other customers. You all will not receive any bus8ness from me or anyone I know that lives in the Taylor area. At 8:30 Am I arrived; at 10:37 i received a bill but my car was not test driven. Premium Automotive had performed absolutely wonderful work on my 2018 Ford Taurus in replacement of the brakes and battery along in repairs on electrical connections on the vehicle engine during the past week!!! The folks are courteous and professional but this shop by far overcharges for basic services. I was warned in advance that they were the most expensive shop in Taylor but they are also the only Intoxalock provider in this area. The convience of using this service as opposed to others was worth the extra $$ in saving hassle until yesterday I want to pick up my vehicle to learn that a $250 service had ballooned into double that amount without even a phone call. It was unprofessional and strongarm highway robbery and in will not return to this establishment. I felt I had developed a repoir with this group, as I have had my truck serviced there many times, the betrayed my trust, they are only gouging every dollar they can get. Folks,I've been all over the world while an active duty Marine and have had my vehicles serviced by many shops,none quite like Premium Automotive. I called on the day in question and spoke with Cameron,informed him of our situation and he was able to make space in his schedule for us,even though we were not his regular patrons,YET. When we arrived,Cameron introduced himself to me and I reminded him of our earlier conversation,he had the details out of the way and our vehicle in his shop most rikki tik,this Jarhead was impressed. In the time Cameron's mechanic worked on our vehicle I witnessed Cameron interact with three customers with a professionalism I had not seen since discharging from the Corps. Upon completion and after paying our bill,I asked Cameron if he was the owner or manager to which he replied that he was the owner. I asked his age,guessing mid thirties,no sir he replied,"I am 29 years old". I told Cameron that I was impressed not only with his professionalism but common courtesy,respect and ethic which I had not witnessed from the owners of the repair shop I formerly used in Elgin. I say formerly meaning that I have of returning to being treated as a number. Ladies and gentlemen,I have owned farm trucks to Jaguars,Since returning to Texas I have not had the pleasure of witnessing a business owner of this caliber. I will be returning.
