But with all seriousness, the staff there are all amazing at what they do, are knowledgeable about all their services that they provide, and really pay attention to your needs/wants. I don't recommend this medspa cause of negligence and malpractice of the nurses . They only care to make sales and over charge you . I took an appointment with the express intent of doing either a filler or PRP . They scheduled me for the next day in less than 24 hours , they didn't send me Pre-care instructions right away and they missed to inform me to avoid drinking alcohol before the procedure. I called the next day as soon as the medspa opened to ask about the possible side effects. One operator told me That I was fine even after drinking wine, and eventually I would have had bruises or swollen face. Since I wasn't feeling comfortable of having bruises on my face , I asked to reschedule the Appointment . For this reason, they wanted to charge me for the rescheduling fee. They said I was over the 24hrs, which it wasn't true b/c I called them the next morning at 10:00am and I took the appointment the previous day at 5:30pm. When I went there I waited for 25 minutes before having consultation. I didn't feel comfy of doing any procedure, however,I asked for a relax drip which they confused with Aches & Pain Drip. They made me paid for drip add - of vitamin Bcomplex while I was asking for Booster shots . Multiple nurses took care of me and they got confused with my questions and requests. I end up staying there for 3 hours, instead of paying 229$ as expected I payed 325$ cause they Add- on the vitamin complex that supposedly base on what they said on the beginning it should have been included into the drips. Also I didn't see adding anything on drips. I felt mislead and overcharged. read more

I came to this place so dehydrated as it has been extremely difficult to take any type of fluids during pregnancy and I came out feeling brand new. An hour before I came in I felt like I was going to pass out after throwing up and just not being able to drink water all day was really taking a toll on me until I mustered up the strength to walk in and get a saline drip for the first time. Came in last night in desperate need of hydration. I was literally so lightheaded and weak I thought I was going to pass out. I came in spoke to the RN on site I didn't catch her name sadly but she was great! We decided on a IV drip that best fit my needs she hooked me up and I was good to go. She hands down was the best IV I've ever gotten, did not hurt at all. So sweet and made me feel so comfortable and that was key for me since I felt so horrible I was so scared if something did happen but she assured me she'd take care of me. Got a hydration iv here and three days later nothing like what I'm use to getting previously. Don't necessarily feel it had any impact. The service itself is also pretty basic I was asked to have a seat on the couch while my iv was prepared. A few minutes later the iv went in and I sat there for about an hour. At other places I've experienced a much better experience for about half the price. Massage chairs, tv for clients to watch, hand massage options while receiving your IV this place does none of that and overpriced for what it is. read more
