This place is an absolute joke and not in a funny way either! This is such a horribly run, if you want to call a business for a lack of a better word... the owner actually was the rudest most unprofessional excuse by language but complete jerk who was OK to schedule me an appointment and have me drive AN HOUR AND A HALF ...1 way to my appointment there But once I got there treated me like garbage and then told me that I have to come back another day because their doctor was in the ER for 18 hours and could not spare 2 minutes to speak to me , Which I said actually that's not true because my Uncle is an Er. doctor and they get breakes and she tried to argue with me telling me I was wrong like a petty little girl trying to win an argument! Which that says enough about how she runs this joke of a business by trying to argue with customers about ER doctors and their breaks!! You can tell obviously most of if not half of these reviews are total fake the place is dirty it's unsanitary they have absolutely no parking and they do not validate they just tell you to go park somewhere else wherever you can find a place andNot to mention they have the customers wear masks but she herself and the other person working did not have a mask on which also is pretty disgusting ! I'm actually glad that I didn't see their supposed ghost of a doctor because by the way they run that place Who knows what they're actually sticking you with or the If they're even using sanitary needles, I mean honestly this place is pretty disgusting it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in like a year if that and ... But I forgot to mention one thing they don't have a doctor anywhere on site and somewhere he exists in the emergency room but however they will upsell you products like there's no tomorrow and like they're going out of business And actually frankly they should go out of business as I'm sitting there waiting to hear back and see if the doctor is going to call me on a zoom which the owner said he was going to in the meantime they're trying to upsell me and give me blood pressure and everything else to try and get me to buy stuff all while im waiting!!! I haven't ever done vitamin IV drips or shots before, mostly because I have an aversion to needles, but when I came in the staff was extremely friendly, had a relaxed environment, and extremely comfortable couches. I ended up trying a Vitamin C shot which was a little sore for a bit, but the cold I felt coming on in the days leading up to that day seemed to disappear the next morning. Wow do not hesitate for a second to come in here for any service! I stumbled across this place on Google when I needed an IV and my usual place was busy. The customer service was so fantastic, and the nurses were so bright and caring that I knew I had to come back and try their other services. The next thing I got here was a hydrafacial (my first one) and it totally changed my life. Next I tried lip fillers here, and wow, the doctor truly went above and beyond. I I have been getting lip fillers for two years now and was "happy" with my last medspa, but with RenewMe I am beyond thrilled and will always return to them! Never has a medspa doctor taken so much time, and genuine care to artfully inject filler. He is an expert, and a true professional. Other medspas better look out because this is the place to go! I saw some reviews say that that they thought the back area was run down, it without a doubt is not, you may have a treatment nearby someone else in a communal area (ie, a doctor is thoughtfully planning your treatment, and someone near you is getting a hydrafacial if it is a busy hour of the day). All and all, the treatment areas are clean, comfortable, and beautiful. If you are looking for a "luxury" place with zero results, maybe go get a massage somewhere in a fluffy robe.
