I've been coming here for 4 years now and I love it. I've had sessions done by a variety of ladies and they've all been good. I do have my favorites that know to expect my silly distractions from the pain or that engage in girl talk, which helps with relaxing. Setting a comfortable environment is crucial to the lasering experience for me. Still one of my greatest investments. Waxing could never see me again. read more

The times that I've been here have always been great. Never once had a bad experience here. I've done microneedling at other places before and honestly the nurses at other places don't do a great job. Even before when this place used to be called SkincodeLA, the nurses always seemed very well trained and consistent, and most importantly, thorough. I would not recommend them at all. I got Botox with them and saw no effect. They followed up with me, acting as if they cared. I said it had no effect, and I have had Botox before. I also sent pictures. I was told that Dr Gitter suggested I may need 60+ units which they would be happy to provide me to get an effect when I have never gotten more than 30 at the most???? This sounds bizarre and dangerous and I would stay away at all costs. read more

I initially requested to book an appointment with a specific nurse who had previously been assigned to me and was the best fit. During the booking process, there were multiple instances of confusion, and I was ultimately assigned to a different nurse. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, the business was already closed, despite it being before their stated closing hours. There was no prior notice or communication. Afterward, the only explanation provided was that the appointment had not been saved due to a system issue. No alternative resolution, credit, or compensation was offered--only a suggestion to rebook. I lost my time due to an issue entirely on their end. The staff here is lovely, but I would not recommend them for microneedling PRP. The first time the nurse seemed unsure of drawing my blood, and the second time they didn't separate out the blood from the platelets correctly and left my face smeared in blood. Any other place I've gone to takes two vials and puts the PRP into syringes for a clean application, I've never left with blood all over my face and it's a sign of a place that doesn't know how to do PRP. I gave feedback and they offered no help. I've had PRP had many times before and I know how it's suppose to be done. read more

Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services I received at your establishment on [8/17/2024]. While I was greeted appropriately upon entering the facility, I have significant concerns about the way my treatment and billing were handled, which I believe need to be addressed immediately. Before my appointment, I communicated with your receptionist via text, sharing pictures of my face and explaining my skin concerns. During this exchange, I inquired about the services and pricing. The receptionist informed me that the treatment options included a VIP peel, with a price range of $250 to $300. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the specialist informed me that I would be receiving the "Purified Plus VIP Peel." I asked for confirmation on the cost and was surprised when she stated it would be $350--significantly higher than what I had been told. When I expressed my concern, the specialist went to consult with the receptionist, who is not the manager, and returned with a revised price of $300, which I still felt was too high given the circumstances. Moreover, the specialist proceeded to take pictures of my skin without my consent. I had not signed a waiver for this, as I did not want my photos taken, and this made me extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, I was pressured by the receptionist to leave a positive review on Yelp and Google before the service was even performed, which felt highly inappropriate. After the treatment, I have experienced severe discomfort and results that do not seem consistent with what a chemical peel should be. I strongly believe that the treatment provided was not as advertised, and I am deeply disappointed with the outcome. Given these issues--the miscommunication regarding pricing, the unauthorized photography, the unprofessional conduct, and the unsatisfactory results--I am requesting a full refund. HOW HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL place here. I can't imagine the hiring system of this clinic and how they manages their staff. If you are taking care of your privacy, I should warn you that NEVER GO this clinic, because you never know if your privacy caused by your medical issue will be exposed in public without your agreement by an nasty and ignorant receptionist and it will make you feel terribly insulted and offended. It was my third time of getting a hair removal service from here. I got a same service from a same technician and also we clearly confirmed what I'll take before starting it - meaning the technician wouldn't make mistakes on it for sure. But once I got to the reception for the payment, there was a guy in the lobby, and the horrible receptionist confirmed each area where I've gotten the service twice so loudly. Since they were highly intimate areas -especially one of them was unusual area because of my medical issue- and the lobby is super small meaning any people in the lobby can hear what the other people is talking so clearly, I felt like what the heck is going on, cause I also know the receptionist and she didn't behave like that when there was no patients or only females in the lobby. So I said thank you for reminding me, and then she lied that the technician added the other service so she just wanted to confirm it. Are you kidding me? Even more, just right before I pay for it, she repeated the most intimate area once again. It was third time! Can't believe if she got educated about work ethic or even a social manner at least seriously. This was obviously meant to be an insult to your customer on purpose and I feel horribly offended and disrespected. Love coming to this place. Staff is very friendly. The nurses are top notch - very knowldgeable and professional. Covid-19 precautions strictly adhered to. Upon arrival, your temperature is taken and there's never more than 2 people at a time in the waiting room. My favorite nurse is Gladys. She does my laser hair removal. Before coming to this place, i had gotten a couple treatments elsewhere. I wasn't experiencing any loss. After my first appointment with Gladys I saw a big difference. She pointed out a few things that I needed to work on. At the other place, the nurse would quickly do my treatment. She barely spoke to me. Gladys on the other hand, is very friendly. She'll let you know if you missed a spot shaving. She told me that the shave job is very important if I want to lose the hairs. And she was right, If you shave well, the laser targets the follicle and doesnt get wasted on hairs above the skin. She also advised me to keep my skin tone natural and not to tan or use tanning products as these can cause hyperpigmentation. I'm so happy I found a good laser spa and a knowledgeable nurse who cares for her patients!!! read more

Kim was very helpful over the phone, answering whatever questions I had for pricing, procedure and what I would need to do prior to my laser hair removal treatment. She also helped me book an appointment. The treatment was painless. I did my underarms, bikini and legs. The painless wasn't the best part, the price was!! I only paid $140 for all three areas (I've paid 10 times that in the past). They also had a special for $360 3 sessions which I will be purchasing next month when I return for my next appointment. I have gotten 3 micro needling with PRP treatments and recently got a hair restoration treatment with PRP. Initially I was skeptical to book an appointment because their prices were so low. I thought it was a scam. They're not!! My favorite nurse is Gladys. She's super friendly and I love how detailed she is. She is very experienced and does a very good job and my results are prove it. I got extensive consultation over the phone first and all my questions were answered and information I requested was provided. I chose Morpheus8 treatment, which again I was instructed on how to prepare for (diet, supplements, face regiment, etc.) since I have never done it before. My face and neck were numbed for the procedure, which helped a lot, though some discomfort was still there, just like with any procedure. I appreciated that Irene who performed the procedure talked me through her every move and checked with me often throughout the whole process. It was very comforting. She was confident and gentle at the same time. I had enough downtime to recover after the procedure with some miracle mask that helped a lot with redness and heat. I also got detailed post-care instructions as a follow up text, which was helpful and thoughtful, and someone followed up with me on the next day. The office was small, but very clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and professional. I must note competitive pricing - especially for the area. Overall, really great experience and I will be back for more.

My skin always leaves looking snatched, refreshed, and glowing. I also love that the results last! It's not just a feel good treatment in the moment but I can still see the difference days later. Fun fact: you can schedule a service at the same time as your friend and be in the same room together! Booking is super easy since you can just text to book an appointment and I really appreciate the flexibility. There is a little bit of a language barrier for me but the staff are professional nonetheless. They carry top tier skin care brands and I've loved every product they've recommended.

Their pricing is generally a little bit lower than others in the Ktown area. I purchased the 5 plasonic+5 LDM package. I first went there for plasonic facial because I had tried the plasonic facial at Spa LA which cost more (because of spa amenities and extra stuff), but I found Jk Aesthetics offers plasonic facial too (about $50 less). The aesthetician found my skin was dry and my blackheads would not come out, so she recommended LDM instead for hydration. I still wanted to do plasonic facials so I got the package. We also went through the current products I use and she gave her recommendations. I purchased the TGF Booster, EGF Serum, Collagen Serum. I seemed to have a reaction (some dry patches and some redness) with the EGF serum with my other products at home so they allowed me the option to return it and try something else. I ended up keeping it and removed one of my at-home products and my skin is better now. They also taught me products I can use and not use while getting these treatments (for example like not using Vitamin C serum for the mean time). I'm attaching a picture of my forehead after 2 Plasonics and 1 LDM. I started around end of March 2026 and have until October to go. I rotate between plasonic and LDM every 3 weeks. I estimate overall cost from March-October with 20% tip and facial products is roughly $2500. My skin feels and looks healthier after every visit and I'm feeling more confident to show my natural face again. My makeup is applying smoother on my face. I also don't feel the need to hide behind makeup as much. Will send progress pictures the next couple months, but so far this is what I have after a few visits. Added a picture of skincare products I purchased from them. Not cheap, but in combination with the treatments I think it helps with maintenance of my results. I learned I needed to slowly switched over my skincare and decreased products. This is coming from a girl who overdid it with products from Dr Dray's kbeauty recs (a big YouTube influencer).

I'm in the military and travel pretty frequently for work/training, so between inconsistent sleep, stress, and airplane air constantly dehydrating my skin, maintaining it can honestly be difficult at times. They've always been super flexible with scheduling and have really helped me keep my skin healthy despite constantly being on the go. Booking appointments through text also makes everything really convenient. Over the past year, I've done a few treatments through one of their packages including: * Exion Laser: probably one of my favorites. I genuinely noticed my face looking tighter, slimmer, and less puffy afterwards. * Exion Needling for face + neck with Rejuran: personally I didn't find it painful, although everyone's tolerance is different. * Lala Peel: left my skin extremely glowy afterwards. * Diamond Glow Facial + LDM: my skin always feels so clean, hydrated, and refreshed after. Also the neck and back massage during the treatment has me always coming back. All of the estheticians and nurses are incredibly kind and attentive during treatments, which makes a huge difference when you're trying new procedures. Angie at the front desk is also such an angel and always welcoming. I'm pushing 30 soon but people constantly tell me I still look around 22-23, so I've been really happy with my results overall and how well my skin has been maintained over time.
