This used to be a great facility and have rented twice in the last few years. Everyone says they have great customer service which is true for the most part. But I have had nothing but negative comments and attitude by Tracey, I dealt with it because as I said for the most part its a wonderful place. But I thought she had left the company but more recently she came back and I had enough. You should treat people, especially customers with a little more respect and act professional. What a Great Facility... There Customer Service is Unbeatable... Such Nice workers...

I'm very upset now and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review never mind twice but when my wife Marcie was in last week and was treated like crap I have to say something. Its not bad enough that the woman couldn't get off her damn phone to help her but when she did she was rude and spoke to her like she was an idiot. I am not sure if it is because of the review I posted last month or what, but I have spent over $3500 in rent since I've been a tenant and don't expect this type of service. *************************************************************** I think its time we take our business elsewhere !!! We have been a client for a couple of years now and have highly recommended this place to our friends and family, a couple of which are still renting. But I had looked around because of the talk in Hardyston and another review I seen, and found out that this business is for sale and is currently under contract, normally wouldn't bother me as you may do whatever you want with your business, except for the fact that the owner just told me a couple of weeks ago when I was there going to my unit that they were expanding and buying property next door for camper storage. Its not a problem if you are selling your business, is it a problem when you are dishonest about it. Also the woman there that says she is taking over as manager is very unprofessional and not the normal friendly customer service i would expect. Its a wonderful place that looks like it will turn into your everyday big box type store and its a shame with what I would expect has been a lot of hard work to develop. read more

Great storage facility. Secured lot so you have the feeling of ease leaving your belongings there. Prices are ok.

I would seriously recommend this place to everybody!! The staff is amazing! Stacy and Kim have literally brightened up my day a few times. I always leave laughing. The facility is super clean and secure. I have stored at other places in Sussex County and was really kind of worried that someone would be able to gain access without my knowledge BUT I thankfully didn't have to worry about that at Highlands Self Storage, they are very secure and safe :-) I look forward to storing my things in the future because now I know just where to go.
