A great find during a business trip to Billings. This restaurant is what 5 Guys Burgers probably started out as before it went nation wide and lost that local place feel. Stopped in Billings for a quick supper and were pleasantly surprised not only by the great burgers and homemade fries but the customer service! It was outstanding! My wife and I are fans of Shake Shack and In n Out etc. - knowing we wouldn't find those chains here, we decided to go here. It had been a while single out last visit l, elsewhere. I don't know if it's this specific location or what but their smash style burger is really good. Afterwards I decided I actually like this place more than most of my previous, favorite burger places. The place has a nice vibe and the staff is friendly but... I could look past getting my to-go order 25 minutes after the pickup time if the food was worth the wait or had a little Booyah behind it. We had the Mooyah Burger and the A-Wonderful burger. To keep this short, the burgers were mostly flavorless, greasy, and boring. I thought the A-1 on my burger would have a little snap but I might have had two bites where I could barely taste it. Not sure there was enough to give it another shot. I came with high hopes as the pictures hooked me along with good reviews. BUT, I could only muster a 3 rating as this is an average burger joint and the good looked nothing like the pictures. We are from out of town, staying down the street. Noticed this had s'mores shakes, my son would love! They have cherry coke on tap. They serve burgers and dogs-split on a bun. So much yum! The main person taking orders also rushed out orders as they were ready. Really great evening for us. Y'all, this place was so good! P L EA S E bring one to the southern Kansas City area! The gluten free buns weren't the beat I've ever had, but I appreciated that it was an option. I love the ordering/menu system. The meat itself was top notch. Seasoned and cooked to perfection! There were some struggles making our shakes and getting our orders correct... still not sure we ended up with the exact food we ordered... but was amazing nonetheless! Had a great experience. Fries are good and burger was amazing. I recently became a vegetarian due to health concerns with my heart. Excited to find a burger place in town with a vegetarian and vegan option. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Voted Mooyah for the first time the other day, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Mooyah!! I got the bacon cheese burger and it really hit the spot, the fries are also super amazing. Ranch rating: 5/10. Every single member of the Mooyah team was extremely nice and sweet! When I came in the restaurant was pretty much packed, so I suppose im not the only Mooyah fan out there! Big pictures of cows made me feel slightly sad for a minute because I started to think about the cows and if they were happy, but the sheer perfection of these burgers will quickly get rid of that thought! 10/10, would definitely eat here again! loved it! read more

I go out of my way to avoid chains. I had never seen or heard of this place but was sad to find out it was a chain . Since I'd never eaten in one , I stayed. I was the only person there and the 4 people working, including the manager, couldn't have made me feel more welcome or wanted as a customer. Not often you get a handshake and sincere appreciation at a fast food place. I got the double diablo. Very good , lots of bacon and a kick with jalapeño peppers. The fries were hot and pretty ok. I had the pleasure of eating dinner here tonight and have ate here numerous times. The food is always great. Burgers are real good and fries are awesome costumer service is good. Tonight they had a gentleman named Shannon working the tables. I would give this restaurant a 10 because of him. You could tell he enjoyed his job. As someone who traveled and ate in restaurant 15 or more times a week in a restaurant he is definitely in the top 5 if not the number 1 person I have had wait on me. He was courteous and anticipated what you wanted. If I was still working in retail I would definitely have him training my customer service people. He made are dining experience that much nicer. Went to mooyah with with mid-high expectations and they delivered and even exceeded this expectations. I saw a thing that said best burgers in the world, and that is a commonly used term but this is the first place we're it has been justified. The burger was big juicy just the way I like them, not just talking about women but burgers as well. The service was impeccable and was super friendly and made me feel at home which means a lot to me as I am currently between couches at the moment. Okay so I've been back numerous times and I kinda love this place. It grew on me. I prefer to come during the week during one of my marathon shopping trips, because the weekends are packed! Like can't find a place to sit your butt packed. The manager and owner are still here doing their thing day in and out and I love watching them work. Very well ran staff. I didn't expect to find an excellent veggie burger in Billings but this was very good. Avocado, barbecue sauce, veggies -- great stuff.
