Air Ducts: They began the air duct cleaning and shortly into the service they damaged one of my air ducts behind the wall, thus leaving me with a now broken airway to my powder room. The technician's equipment and large hose was shoved into my vent with no pre-examination of the sizing and now my flexible duct does not reach as it once did prior to Angelo's showing up. By shoving their equipment down improperly, they popped off the flexible duct even though it was zip tied (as it is supposed to be) and shredded it. They said they would have a manager come out to speak and review the issue that day and that never happened. Carpets: They arrived with equipment that was very different than what I was expecting. It did not appear to be commercial equipment rather something similar to what I could buy myself (like a Bissell). The carpet did get cleaned, but to me it seemed very odd that their equipment wasn't what I'm used to seeing. Several stains are still on my carpets (which I know sometimes they are very hard to remove), but most times they are able to at least be lessened. I give them a 7/10 on the carpets. I have been in contact with them about a refund and they only gave me $50 back for the 2 vents they charged me for! that they broke and weren't able to clean. Now I need to go to Home Depot and spend more $$$ to try and correct this duct problem they created. Their fine print states that they "aren't responsible for damages behind walls" which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Only good thing is that they were responsive to the email complaint. DO NOT USE THEM for your air duct cleaning. I should have gone with Stanley Steamer instead and will never be using Angelo's again -- you shouldn't either.

Adding small tiled bathroom floor on another level was $60 extra but ended up costing me $350 beyond that when they knocked over tray of toiletries; they missed picking up my brand new night guard which was likely sucked up with their cleaning hose. Did nothing to cover their shoes, nor clean as they exited leaving wet footprints on waxed wood floors and just-cleaned tile floor. I had to damp-mop again after their cleaning. Did not clean carpeted stairs, which needed it even more after their soapy, wet shoes and hose left residue. I don't know if they are capable of being more careful and thorough if more advance scheduling is done. Still, they were very good to fit me in for emergency situation -- though rushed as they had other bookings. The carpet area dried well with my own blower on it for 24 hours. The staff seemed more interested in finding ways to add costs than providing honest service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Make sure you get everything in writing and be extremely careful before agreeing to any work. There are far more trustworthy and professional businesses out there.
