This office (including the dentist, receptionist and the manager) are bunch of professional liars who push you for overdiagnosis and unnecessary dental treatments. The dentist there, Morad Rad who apparently looks like a nice person is also very greedy, incompetent, and unethical in essence. He would encourage you to get his recommended overtreatment plan. He needs to understand having a root canal should NOT be equated with going for a full crown (obviously for financial profit) where we have way more minimally invasive treatment plans such as inlay, onlay and overlay and biomimetic dentistry these days. I still have issues with a poorly fitted crown he put on for me. Full crowns are not healthy in general for so many evidence-based medical reasons because they can contribute to more oral and dental complications down the road. His office needs to be investigated for dental malpractices. read more

I come to Dr. Rad s office once to get cleaning done and I never went anywhere else. His dental hygienist s name is Inga and she is fantastic!! She spends so much time with each patient and really cares to make your smile beautiful. She even does a oral health exam, check your thyroid for signs of cancer etc. she is absolutely amazing I drive all the way from Santa Clarita just so get my teeth cleaned by her. I was enjoying chips and dip at a family dinner and all of a sudden I hear...crack! A piece of tooth broke off in my mouth...what the heck! So I called Dr Rad's office on Monday and they got me in to shape the tooth and get ready for a crown. He's got a great support staff and he is a first class guy too. read more

Never ever, go to him for crown implant or refill, He did different dental jobs on my teeth, but unfortunately as a DMD he doesn't believe in quality and functionality of the implant crown, he had three crown implants and filling on the same side of my mouth, all with fully flat surface and no major groove at all and only one little touching point but absolutely non- functional for chewing!? And worse than that he is so denial and doesn't want to understand that I am not able to chew anything, he didn't want to clean up his mess because he had maxed up my Insurance already!? Now I need to find another dentist, so I advise you to find another dentist before non-sense suffering or maxing up your insurance. read more

I may be his number one patient! I have been going to Dr. Rad since I was a kid and I won't trust anyone else to work on my teeth. He is very smart and knows what he's doing. He's also very friendly and makes sure you have a great experience. His office is always clean and white which makes me feel like he keeps my teeth clean and white! Each chair has its own tv and the food channel is always on to keep me occupied while I'm in the chair so I don't have to think about the drilling sound. I have had Dr. Rad as my dentist for over 8 years. When I first moved to this area, a co-worker referred him. I am glad I went. I had an instant bond with him, he is friendly, very professional, and good at what he does. Years back, I had leaking cavity filling which turned into an inlay, by the time I met Dr. Rad I needed a crown. I am super happy with this crown Dr. Rad put in, no issues with it whatsoever and it's been more than 7 years. I referred my wife who is very particular about who touches her teeth, she likes him. My kids also see him, and they actually love going to the dentist. He is great with kids. His hygienist, Chelsey, is also very good. Very gentle but also very thorough. We all like her. My latest visit I had a chip and needed some aesthetic dentistry. His color matching skills are superb. I am amazed by his work each time. I was really in need of dental work, but after having an unpleasant experience with a previous dentist, I had not gone to a dentist office in quite a while and had begun to develop some problems with my gums as well as several cavities and some chipped, and spaced teeth. So I decided to give Dr. Rad's office a call. From my first appointment with him, and ALL my subsequent visits that have followed over the years, he has always put me at ease, by addressing any concerns I may have; successfully and methodically resolving all of the dental problems I was experiencing; ultimately leaving me with a smile that I am proud of. I haven't gone to the dentist in a LONG time, I always feel bad about going but recently I had a tooth ache and needed to get my teeth checked out. By far the best dentist you will ever go to! I have been his patient ever since I was about 12 years of age. Absolutely no discomfort and pain with any of the procedures he performs. He has one technique that he uses that you never even feel the shot. Dr. Rad is honest, caring, knowledgeable, and has great bed side manner. His staff is also wonderful and helpful as well. Most AMAZING & Friendly Dentist. . . Dr. Rad has been my dentist for over 10 years now and every visit has been very professional and comfortable. Before I came to him I had SEVERE PHOBIA and anxiety related to any type of dental procedures and I dreaded even visiting for cleaning or regular check ups. From the first visit til my last (which was a few days ago) I have not been afraid of the dentist, I don't even mind when he drills my teeth because I do not feel ANY type of pain (with or without dental blocks, but of course on my request I tend to prefer numbing during procedures). He makes all his patients feel relaxed, I have even fallen asleep during my checkups in the chair he is THAT easy and relaxing. I have been coming here for as long as I remember as well as my whole family. Ever since I've been coming here I have always dealt with the friendly staff at the front desk and of course the very friends Dr. Rad himself. He has a way that he deals with you while he's working in your teeth that makes you feel very comfortable and a pleasurable experience.
