Terrible experience -- avoid The dentist smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was extremely unpleasant during treatment. Even worse, he would leave the room in the middle of procedures to start working on other patients while I was still sitting there with my mouth open. He did four fillings for me, and unfortunately all four were done improperly. I ultimately had to find another dentist to redo the work. I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience. Second visit I had a cleaning. Everything went much better than my previous visit. Front desk was helpful, kind, and polite. Dental hygienist was the same woman as before whom I raved about and she was wonderful and did a great job cleaning my teeth. One month ago, I called this Dr office to see if they accept my insurance for deep cleaning. The front desk lady took all my insurance information, which took nearly 20 minutes, and told me I need to come to the office and they need to do an X-ray to see if my teeth need it. I asked her if my insurance covers the X-ray, and she said yes, but for other things, they need insurance approval after doing the X-ray. For the third time, I asked her if they accept my insurance or not, but she didn't answer more questions. She was very rude, unstable, and unprofessional, telling me I need to come and do the X-ray, and that's it. Then she gave me an appointment. I had an appointment today at 3 pm, and she checked my insurance, telling me my insurance doesn't cover dental work, and even the X-ray, and I have to pay for it out of my pocket. I asked her for an explanation of why she didn't tell me on the phone after checking my information. She said they don't know who I talked to, so no explanation or apology for wasting my time. They trick people on the phone with lies to take them to the office, then charge them out of their pocket. So stay away from this place, and if you have to go, double-check everything and make sure they accept your insurance. Ask the front desk for their name. Awful customer service read more

Very greedy and scammer dentist. I went there for some implants 2 years ago ,he use another greedy dentist for implant dr farivar who comes once a month to put implants.He does not come on time and you need to wait couple hours or does not show up at all.I paid two thousands dollar ,and nothing happened for starting implants so I asked him refund my money which he refused to pay me anything, I am not going to go there anymore and will complain to the dental board of California . I totally hate writing bad review for people but I had to do this one: This doc is a very good example of someone who only cares about making more money, totally lacks professional manners and even up to date knowledge. First visit I asked the Doc, a very basic questions as such "Are the composite you use is BPA Free?" What is BPA doc says! then trying to hide is ignorance, he changes the subject. I had 4 visits to his office, at the office he is shouting at his staff all the time and fighting with them, all the time jumping from one room to another with a lot of distress and rush fighting with his staff. even once when I was sitting on the dentist chair waiting, one of staff comes and says why are you sitting? "well, doc is not here yet, I rather sit and lie down when he is here" I said, "If doc comes and sees you are not sitting he will leave to another patient, he is busy" she said! when I ask Doc something he just tries to run away and doesn't like to spend any of his precious time giving a satisfying answer. He even once shouted at me under the procedure because I wasn't keeping my mouth open enough! Jeez I never seen a doctor shouts at his patient! His secretary is just like himself, she doesn't listen to what you say and ignores, she even hang up on me once when I was still asking something! And last time I am discussing the next visit schedule with his secretary she says you don't need appointments now, let's make appointments when you are done! ok, I said!... The she calls me 3 times out of blue and leaving me voice mails saying you have an appointment tomorrow! without even my soul knowing she ever scheduled an appointment for me! Dr. Goel who has been my dentist for over 20 years just did my new veneer teeth, He did an amazing job, My new teeth looks natural, straight and beautiful! I love them and I have been getting so many complements. I should have done this sooner but I thought the process would have been difficult, painful and lengthy but Dr. Goel made it so easy and so fast with hardly any pain at alI which I could not believe it! He also has the best friendly and professional staff which makes their office very warm and welcoming. His prices are very competitive and reasonable but I think his work is superior and awesome! This dentist really cares about his patients. Dr. Goel loves people of all kinds and treats them with quality care as though he's family or something. He is very passionate about the patient's health and well-being. Years after visiting him, to this day, his work on my teeth remains just as good as it did when it was first worked upon. I liked how Dr. Goel was willing to work Saturdays, even into the evening, because my teeth were hurting. I like dentists, true dentists who are dedicated to their work and show it instead of abiding by a strict schedule of Monday through Thursday 9-5. The only thing I would suggest ideally is to have more dentists learn directly from you, stay open longer with a backup dentist who is just as reliable as he is. read more

I've been in his office for putting Crown my tooth. I did root canal before. It just took 30 minutes for casting and then putting the temporary crown. After 2 weeks I visited him and he put the permanent crown. No hassle at all. Even a tiny part of my front tooth was broken that he fixed it by composite material free of charge. His price is absolutely reasonable and his job is excellent. 4 friends of mine had their teeth fixed here as well and all of them are satisfied. I strongly recommend him! read more

Dr. Goel has performed multiple root-canals and did my crowns. He has charged me thousands of dollars. Now after only a few years I am having multiple issues and problems with all the teeth that he had worked on! Dr is really nice. No doubt staff is very friendly too. I came here because my mom goes to him and so do my siblings. I had a different dentist for 20 years and he ended up retiring so I came here. Least to say, first and last time I go there. The lady who did my cleaning was so rough on my gums. She said I had sensitive gums because I was bleeding like crazy. It was that she was really rough with those metal tools not because my gums were sensitive. My wisdom teeth are half way out and she was so rough on my gums back there that my gums lifted and now I'm in a state of discomfort 24:7. It's so painful I'm afraid to go back for them to cause more pain. And it's been a week since I went. I can't eat hard food because of it either. I'm just really upset and I hope it heels on its on soon. read more

I went on my first visit to Dr Soheil's office about two weeks ago, one of my crowns had fallen out and needed to be glued back on. The office is very nice and put together, the staff was wonderful, they are all welcoming and warm, it felt like I had already been there, I was having a pretty bad day but their hospitality made me feel a lot better honestly. The wait wasn't that bad, in the past i had waited over an hour for dental appointments at my other dentist's office, the clinic was busy but I still got in at a reasonable time. The Dr. was just as friendly as his staff, he explained a few things and asked me some questions, I am returning for a check up next week and will update this review accordingly!
