I came here for years and to be honest I was satisfied however a new guy started working there and is a complete Jerk !!! Dr Tabib himself was great and was the reason I had sent many member of my family there as well. However this new guy cursed me out refused to allow me to speak to the doctor and basically told me to go jump off a bridge. This was the dental office for years my family and I had been visiting for our dental treatments. I had tooth abscess with lots of pain and they said that my tooth needs root canal. A week after root canal I called them because I was feeling pressure on my tooth while chewing food which was not normal and they got an X-Ray which was showing a crack in my filled tooth (under layer), (it may happened during root canal or post process) and they just gave me some informational paper about what is crack of a tooth and its reasons, etc. and refer me for implant. They act like nothing major happened. They were just trying to show me this is normal in root canal process however I want to tell them I was so respectful to keep my calm down that day and they did NOT appreciate me being calm and not put any complaints. I tolerate lots of pain and spent money to keep my tooth not to lose it and they were just relax like nothing happen; SO SAD ; also even though my family and I were their customer for years and have done many jobs there they just ignore me after many follow ups like they do not know me anymore, that is absolutely unfortunate; the management is just looking to charge customer and not taking any responsibility later on, I know after some major dental works like root canal many things can happen but lot of dental centers do at least partial refund just to keep their customer happy since they have to pay way more for implant in the future, not just ignore them. I would not recommend Citi Dental to anyone who is looking for a place where they treat you for YOU not your Money. read more

There are two of us, age 50, 60, that have very extensive dental procedures preformed by Dr. Tabib., including simple fillings, root canals, caps, tooth extractions, gum problems, biting problems, and several implants. Started using this dentist 3+ years ago and never had a problem with appointments or any office personnel, always treated respectfully, very respectfully by all. No other dentist treated us as well as Dr. Tabib, from first appointment on. One procedure required a very special type of root canal, and was refereed to another specialist dentist, who was also very professional in every way. Many dentists would have just extracted the tooth, great to save what we could. In mouth cameras were used to show us exactly what he saw in the mouth, magnified to see all the details and steps of each procedure preformed. In office digital x-rays taken, displayed on large monitors, allowing us to see everything. The caps all match perfectly, whiteness, size, bite, and work great with the remaining teeth, cannot tell apart. We also had him replace the silver fillings with composite fillings, and we are glad we did, as some of the previous dental work done by other dentists had cavities growing under them due to poor quality work. Prevention of further problems was goal of Doctor Tabib. Our smiles are our prime asset, and we proudly smile, show great dental work. read more
