I would never deal with this company just based on the attitude I received from what I can describe as lousy 'customer service' at best. In an attempt to find out about this business, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. Now, by a business that advertises on yelp and on their company vehicle, its not a good idea to have rude people answering questions about the business. And, worst of all, apparently it's the owner's wife. I was not a client, but simply inquiring. But after my interaction with that rude and vulgar lady I will go nowhere near this service. The lady said "fa*k you" - (yes she has an accent) when questioned. Probably should limit this angry little woman in her interaction with potential customers, actual customers, neighbors, and the general public. Maybe my questioning tone made her think I was the competition, but idk. I would hate to think how she deals with other clients. I feel sorry for her neighbors too, I can just imagine how she treats them. Bottom line, I would never deal with this service, because of the attitude and vulgarity of that woman, Mr Morales wife. If you can't keep your own family members to a professional or at least a courteous standard, how would I expect you treat my family or business well? Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else, after all, its only a window wash service. I'm sure someone out there in this line of service takes pride in dealing with people in a respectful and courteous way, and doesn't' expose them to their irate and mean wife. Called to get my windows cleaned. Gave me a price. Said he would be out on Mon or Tues. When he did not show up, I called and was told he would be out on Thursday Between 11:00 and 12:00. Showed up at 12:15 and tried to EXTORT another $30.00 from me. Do not use this company. There is a lot of other great Window Cleaners out there. read more
