He is very professional. He came out the next day to measure my property, looked at repairs needed, and provided me with a reasonable quote. He did a fantastic job painting the whole exterior of my house. He pressure washed before painting and used quality paint. He even helped me choose the best color. I was so thankful that Andrew pointed out the rotting wood around my window trim. He took the time to repair the wood before painting the trim. He did a thorough job replacing the new rafter, as the previous one had extensive water damage. The new rafter matches the other rafter tails in alignment, rounded end, and type of wood. Lastly, he replaced some of the roof shingles and restored the back fascia board. I am very satisfied and happy with all of the work Andrew completed on my house. By they time they were done, there were footprints from the front door, up the stairs and to a window and two balconies. We thought it was water and that it would dry but it was dirt. Our carpets were clean before he came (which we pointed out but he said he didn't notice) and relatively new. We were planning for a party the next day so the house was spotless. When I pointed this out to Mike he refused to accept that he did this, suggesting the carpets were already dirty with footprints to the windows! I suggested his socks weren't clean. There were also drip marks (from the screens???) that he refused to accept. He insulted us by suggesting we didn't want to pay. We "settled" with taking out the amount for a carpet cleaner but he was rude about it. Now I have to schedule a cleaning but it won't be in time for our party which is the next day. My husband and I spent over an hour on our hands and knees trying to get the marks off so they don't set. So far hasn't made much difference. Very unprofessional handling of this customer service issue.

When he got here, he said that it would be the same price to clean the inside as well so we agreed. He was here for 1.5 hours by himself and charged $400! The windows had streaks, the sills were not cleaned and he didn't replace the screens or even rinse them! As you can imagine, we were disappointed with the work and the cost. I contemplated it for two days and then I gave him a call. I told him I had never called to complain about a service before but that I felt the need to tell him so he had an opportunity to make things right and maintain his referral source, the realtor. I was hoping that he would be receptive to what I had to say but unfortunately he was combative and defensive. All he needed to do was offer to come back to fix the streaks and replace the screens. Peak Production Energy was the first to respond and among the most competitive for cleaning our 21 solar panels. They had great availability and were easy to schedule with. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They noticed that we had two skylights next to our panels that were pretty dirty. Free of charged they cleaned those for us too! Very kind and knowledgeable group of guys. Left our panels and skylights spotless (pics attached). There were tons of spider webs under our panels which you could see from the ground. Our roof is now web-free! They also sprayed the ground off around where run off may have occurred so we didn't have any debris on the pavement. I had heard from many neighbors that he was flaky so the night before I texted him to confirm and hours later he sent me back a thumbs up emoji. He never showed up the next day. I called and texted and be never answered or gave me a reason and I have never heard from him again.
