I recently switched to Allstate two months ago, I have been using Progressive but Allstate was so competitive in price I was excited to make the change. I am grateful I did because their level of customer service is beyond expectation. Communication is not always easy, not every individual can master relaying information.... Allstate Employees have this nailed!! I was in an accident yesterday morning that involved three vehicles. Scary because you never know who the insurance agency might try and fault.... or what to expect. Thankfully this was not my fault but this is the first accident I have ever been involved in and did not know the process. I called my Agent at Moran & Oswald and spoke with America. She was a gem! She answered all of my questions, routed me in the right direction and really just made a bad situation less stressful...As most of us know, when your shown compassion without any known details it really can soften your anxiety... THANK YOU AMERICA! America provided me with a number to the claims department and I spoke with Kelly who was very knowledgeable. (Did not even have to put on hold) She not only did her job efficiently, she did with sincerity and again provided me with all the details to my policy, what it covered, what the next step was going to be, who I would be in contact with and assured me that they would take care of me. With out a doubt, that's exactly what happened. Frances Trevino was my assigned claims adjuster who contacted me shortly after I got off the phone with Kelly. By no surprise she was AGAIN what I felt like was the nicest person I have ever spoken too... She documented my statements and advised me of all the steps she had ALREADY taken to get this claim into process and what steps were going to be taken going forward.
Day two: This morning, Frances contacted me to let me know she was going to proceed in filing a claim with the other parties insurance company and would notify with the details. Within the hour, her claims assistant Alex Uribe called me to introduce herself and provide me with all the claim information with USAA... she was another individual that was what I AGAIN thought... "She is so nice"
Guys it's hard to find good customer service... Especially when you are stressed or nervous about how much its going to cost to repair your Mercedes that you've worked so hard for... its relieving to know that you have someone on your side and prepared with all the tools to take care of you!!
From everyone I have dealt with at Allstate-- I have been very pleased!! A Big Thank You to Seth & Allison Oswald, America, Kelly, Frances Trevino, and Alex Uribe for setting the bar!!!
