This is one of my favorite shops, and even though I may not live as close anymore. I still would bring my car here with no hesitation. I've even had my car towed 90+ miles to get it here over another random shop. They are a little lite on the counter which runs into some communication lapse occasionally but I want my car worked on well, not quick and rushed. They have never hesitated to bring out the malfunctioning part and walk me through how it failed in the system. They are also are never afraid to tell me I have a couple more miles to roll on and to just plan for my next visit. Honest and fair priced mechanics. I have an oil leak. They changed out a vvt solenoid and gasket. Charged me $940.58 and said it was…read morefixed. I seen the oil leak spot where I park at home looked wet one day and took it back. I told Scott it shouldn't take long to fix it and I'll stay until its fixed. Scott gets on the phone with the owner and in a smart*** tone says yeah this girl here says she put a cardboard box under her car and there's some fluid under it and she thinks it can be fixed in a few minutes. He tells the owner I'm staying with my car. The owner said he was on the way. Wolfe got it on the lift and was like yeah you leaking oil. The owner gets there and calls in a pvc washer and hose after looking at the leak. He replaces that no charge and says bring it back in when you got 100-150 miles on it so we can see if it's still leaking oil. I bring it back a few days later with 99 miles extra on it. I bring the UV dye and UV flashlight to pinpoint the exact leaking spot. Got it from Advance. They run it through and the owner Micheal Blackmon says its leaking from the timing wall and its a 4hr job. He tells me to call back in a few days because he has to look up the price online for that job. He wants $988 to fix what wasn't fixed in the first place. If you want criminals of Satan to take your hard-earned money, then go here. I reported them to the BBB

I've had nothing but great experiences with these men. They're the absolute best and I trust them 100%. They're always super busy, but take the time out of their day to give a helping hand or explain things to you. I was stuck on the side of the road and needed a new tire one night. Every place was closing and wouldn't answer their phones. Except these guys! They were more than willing to help. They stayed after hours and flagged me down when I was driving up to their shop with a smile on their face. Instead of being rude or upset, they were the opposite. They were so caring and considerate. The guy was telling me he'd want someone to do the same for his daughter who's around my age and help her out in a stressful situation. This last time I had an appointment with them. I needed an oil change and my transmission fluid changed out. They were super fast! They always answer when you need them. They're just a short phone call away. They don't make you feel stupid and are more than willing to help you out and explain things to you. I like them the most because they genuinely want you to be safe in a car that runs well. They don't BS with you and are upfront with information without overcharging you for anything. Finally got them to agree to do it and they said it would be about an hour. I said okay can I come back in an hour. They removed me from the list and when I came back in an hour they had me wait an additional 2.5 hours. Not very good communication of expectation there. More recently I dropped off two wheels to get new tires put on. They told me the tires would be delivered at 2:00/3:00 and they would put them on and call me back. I called around 4:45 just to check in as I was busy working and they said they were done. When I asked why they didn't call and let me know there was no answer. I needed these tires to do work of my own. In the two experiences I've had there the customer service and care seems extremely lacking. They may do good service but I won't be the one finding out.

If this had been me the situation would have gone very bad for that employee. They received 1 star because you have to at least give one!
