After my accident in mid July I wanted to keep my business local since they had recently moved to Wellington for principle and convenience and that was a HUGE mistake. I was originally quoted 8 days to have it fixed, at most 15 when additional damage was found and at 2 months I still have no car! I would call in once a week for an update on my car seeing as how I was paying out of pocket for a rental (accident was my fault) and they continuously spoke to me with such annoyance as if 7 days was not enough time for them to call me with an update. Finally my car was taken to the dealership to complete mechanical work and they were kind enough to supply me with a loaner car and adequately fix my car. Mike tried to blame things on the dealership when they made contact with me every other day, even though Mordinis had left my car sitting there for nearly a week! Over 3 months later and I have finally cut ties with this horrendous business....STEER CLEAR is my advise to you, I wouldn't even consider going back for warranty work, I'll send them an invoice instead. read more

I had a minor damage to my car. I went to one collision center, highly recommended by others, and was given a rather high estimate. I came to Mordini's Collision Repair because they had such great reviews, and their estimate was half of the other one. They took my car on a Tuesday at noon and I had it back by Friday. They did an amazing job. I couldn't tell that there was ever any damage. Not only did they get the dent out but they matched the color beautifully. The service was excellent, and so was the quality of work. I hope that I don't need any more collision repair but if I do, Mordini's will always be my number one choice. read more
