The estimate was reasonable, actually right in ball park I had planned . The work done quicker then I thought. My car looked beautiful to me again ! This is the absolute best repair shop I have ever used. I have had three different vehicle here over the years, the latest I just picked up today. They always do an impeccable job on the repairs. It is impossible to detect any paint differences even in bright sunlight. They do everything I ask for , deal with the insurance company for any unseen damage and treat my vehicle as good as they must treat their own. Their estimates have always been spot-on and I have never had a problem with faded paint a few years later as I have with other places. I had to have my bumper replaced and they needed it 2 days, a Weds. and Thrs. I screwed up and took it in on Thrs. morning and they're closed on Saturday. I was involved in an accident where it was not my fault. My axel housing on my Jeep wrangler needed to be replaced as well as a tire and wheel. At first they would not be able to get me in for 3 months but an opening came up and they got me in within a month and a half (this is typical for all the shops in the area right now so I was glad they could get me in sooner). They called a couple weeks before my scheduled drop off date to confirm. The drop off was smooth and my car was ready to be picked up after 7 days of being with them. This shop is not directly linked to the insurance (State Farm) but this shop has worked with that insurance and knew what would be needed so the process was smooth. The shop was in direct contact with the insurance which is great because it relieves stress from me. When I picked up my car, the shop had done a light cleaning on the inside (which looked amazing as my dog is always with me getting my car dirty!) and washed the outside of the car. This was above and beyond and I would definitely go to this shop with future work. read more

My car was hit in its parking spot and what seemed like minor damage was pretty extensive. I took it for an estimate and they handled the rest. From dealing with the other drivers insurance, the rental car, and the repair itself. It took a bit to actually get my car in but was finished pretty quickly and was beautifully detailed at pick up. During the process of acquiring estimates for insurance purposes, it became evident that most shops really do not like to do this. Most shops either had me make an appointment for the estimate or just took pictures and then never got back to me. Some wouldn't even talk to me because my car is a '93, too old. The woman at the front desk was super kind, and was constantly keeping me up-to-date. The repair turned out great and as I was leaving I realized there was an issue with my tail light. Receptionist was nice but the gentleman who did the estimate was rude and very obviously didn't want my business. Not just rude to me but other workers as well. I asked about certain costs and how to lower the overall estimate if possible, but was dismissed with...we might be able to lower it by $500 if we get a used part, but no guarantee, it might go up once we start work. $3000 estimate.....fixed it myself for $250 and two hours of my time. Great service, great people and kept us in the loop. The free loaner was a great perk. We only had a month of rental per our insurance and due to the length of repair we would have had to pay for 2 months of rental had it not been for the loaner.
