They took care of my wasp infestation under the roof tiles. Two days later I noted a second older nest on the other side of my house as big as my fist. They came right back out and took care of it. Hired them to come out and exterminate pests making noise in the attic and walls. Quote was $200. They said it was bats and there was nothing they could do about it. They charged me $100 for the diagnosis which was fair enough since they did have to drive out to Somerset. One week later bees were swarming the same area as the noise and I asked them (More 4 Less) to take another look at the problem. This time they determined it WAS bees, sprayed for them, and charged my wife $200! (I was working.) I feel I should only be charged for the original quote (another $100 for a total of $200) since it was their mistake that required a return. I asked Mike for a refund of the $100. He will not even return my email or call. Very poor customer service and, in my opinion, unethical business practice. read more

More than 5 star service! As a newbie to the foothills I had no idea who to call for help and fortunately I had a neighbor recommend More 4 Less Pest Control for a Wasp problem inside my attic. Brittany came out and promptly eliminated the problem and then searched the property for additional nests. I could not have been happier with their service, punctuality and pricing. I have used their services over the years and continue to be a very satisfied customer. Recently I had a colony of flying Termites mature and start leaving their nest, thousands of them! I called yesterday and they came out today to deal with my ant problem. My house has never been sprayed before. They sprayed inside my house, garage and studio and everywhere outside (foundation, eves, crawl space, tree branches touching the house, and even my wood pile). Reasonable and thorough. My mom, 6 year old daughter and I were trapped in the Main Street parking garage in Placerville. We were headed home after dinner, and there was a MASSIVE black widow hanging from her windshield. We freaked out, of course, were lucky enough to have the help of an incredibly kind bystander (you rock dude!!!), but the evil sucker hid in the dash/vents somewhere. It was 7:30PM - everything was closed, and we were totally stranded. I called around, and no one had anyone available for an emergency call. When I called More 4 Less, they answered on the 2nd ring, and had a badass chick at the garage ready to spray the shit outta my mom's car within 20 minutes. We are SO grateful! We were absolutely freaking out, my poor baby was exhausted, and my mom had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. More4Less is the best pest control company I have ever worked with. We were having issues with squirrels getting into our wall from some unknown outside location. The noise was driving us crazy. Mike came out and did an evaluation of our property, found the access point, set traps and caught the critters. He then put in a permanent fix that will keep them from getting back in. These guys are great. We had a yellow jacket nest under our porch about a year ago and we had been customers of K. Pest Control. Well KPC would not return my phone calls for over a week when I told them that we had been stung multiple times and needed this problem dealt with ASAP, so I switched over to More 4 Less and they came out the same day.
