I was never given a specific time the crew was going to show up (they came around 8:30 one day and 9 the next) despite asking for a time. They finished the work in the days allotted, but left a mess (sawdust, bolts and nails) afterward. Not bad enough to be a real problem, but we are in the process of selling our house and the extra cleaning work was annoying. When we got the clearance form, he charged us $250 more than the estimate. We were never told the repairs would cost more than estimated. I understand costs can change as the job progresses, but a heads up would have been helpful. I likely wouldn't this company again.
