I have had exceptional service from Pest Control Center. I began using them several years ago for control of ants, spiders and weed control. My property is 1.25 acres and very hilly. In the first year the weeds grew tall and there was a lot of stubborn poison oak. Now there are no more pesty ants or spiders with their ugly webs. And with springtime weed spraying maintenance, there are no more weeds, which makes me feel comforted during fire danger season. I called several places with referrals from Yelp. After several phone calls I chose this place because they were able to do a same day visit for an extreme ant take over. The young gentleman that came was extremely kind and thorough. He spent more than an hour spraying inside and out. Within 24 hours we noticed a huge difference. I will update in a couple of weeks but so far I'm thrilled with the outcome. A little more expensive than other places however we would have had to wait several more days and with thousands of ants all over inside and out that was not an option for me. I don't think I can pay justice to properly describe the positive experience I had with Pest Control Center, but I'll sure give it a try. That's because Ryan simply went above and beyond - and I'd like to at least attempt to return the favor. First of all, he passed the "secret test" my wife and I unintentionally expose all vendors to... He found our home, even though our address says something, when in reality the house is on a different street. And, all GPS apps so far don't seem to know the secret. The majority of service providers we typically get arrive already frustrated and upset with us, after having driven back and forth a few times trying to find our place. This time, too, we saw the Pest Control Center truck driving around for a few minutes, yet when Ryan located us, he somehow managed to smile and show great professionalism, something we're not accustomed to. Little did he know, he had already made a great impression on his customers! And that was just the start. Throughout the entire session, Ryan patiently listened to all of my hypotheses as to how the unwanted rodents come into our attic, what I had tried so far, answered all of my questions, and helped me formulate a plan for going forward. I was utterly impressed with Ryan's knowledge on the subject, as well as his outstanding customer service! We are selling our house and we hired them to do a pest inspection. The inspection was fine but after we fixed all the stuff they failed to show up at the scheduled time. They also failed to answer the phone all day. After a reschedule they said that we didnt fix anything because the replaced materials were painted. If they actully did a follow up inspection they would have seen that the boards were in fact new. They have been a nightmare do not use for house inspections read more

Paul is our Tech from Pest Control and he does an excellent job of servicing our home every 2 months. Last Friday he did his usual routine but we asked about a problem we were having with moles and lawn grubs. He explained how he would handle the problem and to call the office if we were interested. After discussing the issue with my wife we called to inquire when he would be available - his response was immediate and said he could be here Monday. I called them after using another local company that said the ants in my walls were termites. As Jim (the technician) sprayed the area, ants came out . . . clearly not termites. The 1 star is due to Darin who has harassed and lied to me about a 1 yr contract he states we signed - not true. We did their 1x service in January 2017 and decided to continue. We were told we could quit at any time. Today Darin says we cannot quit and is holding us to this 1 yr contract. I said send the contract with my signature because that is not what we were told. Still waiting to see what they send. What a liar! Regarding their service - it was great. Took care of all the pests. I could work with the 3 hr window because they would call me 30 minutes before arriving. Technicians were professional and friendly. Ellen is great to work with. They are more expensive than Bugman, who I've used before and are great, but this company came recommended. read more

I was set up with Pest Control Center through my Home Warranty company. Despite the Home Warranty company being extremely difficult to work with, the staff at Pest Control Center were kind, understanding and flexible. I spoke with Dylan and Vince several times on the phone and they were both helpful and worked with me to get an appointment as soon as possible and ensure all the paperwork was complete through the warranty. I really wanted this local company to be great, but after the tech made two trips to my house he still hadn't managed to treat the interior of my home-which was the problem area. I called due to a spider presence in my new home. The tech came out and was very nice, but seemed to be in a rush and despite me mentioning it multiple times, left without treating my deck, garage, or inside of the house. He came back 10 days later to finish the inside of the house, but only sprayed the outside and left. He claimed I didn't answer the door, but admitted to not ringing the doorbell because he didn't want to wake me up. Never mind that we set the appointment specifically for him to come treat the inside and that I had taken the day off of work. $175 for something I could have done myself with a $50 sprayer from Lowe's. Huge waste of time and money! Don't use these guys!! read more

Pest Control Center has been performing the routine service of our apartments for over 5 years. Greg, our regular technician is a customer service professional that knows exactly how to erradicate a pest control issue while being polite and cordial to residents at the same time. He is always here on time, and has a smile on his face. Pest Control Center also performed a termite inpsection on the last house I purchased that was a short sale. The owner had the water turned off to save money. During the inspection, there was a fire set by a teenager mowing the pasture full of dry 3 foot weeds. The inspector smelled smoke and crawled out from under the house. He saved the teenager on the riding mower while calling the fire department for back up. He saved the boy and the house that day! Hurrah! That is going above and beyond! I now live in the house and the landscape as well as the pasture has grown back to green.
