All we are trying to do is replace a part to a Cabinets-To-Go cabinet. We are not even asking for the part to be given to us free of charge, we are willing to PURCHASE the part we need. Nope. No luck. We have been into the Panama City, FL shop TWICE regards this issue - the Panama City store has our information. I have now exchanged several emails with someone called "Molly", and as stated in my previous review, Cabinets-To-Go refuses to provide customer support after the sale. All I want to do is PURCHASE the two 16 inch drawer slides for one Cabinets-To-Go kitchen drawer that was altered by a contractor to fit a smaller space. Most home improvement companies are more than happy to sell a replacement part to a customer. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache. Go elsewhere for your cabinet needs.

The cabinet and tile artisans are very talented, and when issues arose that were unexpected, the team was able to work together to figure out a suitable solution. Additional changes that were requested during installation were handled and priced separately via a change order if they were out of the normal scope of the original contract.
