I am finally understanding that the reason their products are "cheap" is because they are very low quality. Alex is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Stressless recliners and they have a lot of them on the floor. I ordered Two chairs and they were delivered in 3 weeks. The delivery men arrived within their estimated arrival time, assembled the chairs, took pictures of the assembled chairs and brought them into the house. They pointed out a scratch in the leather seat on one of the chairs and let me know that he had sent the store a picture of the scratched seat. Within 5 minutes of the delivery men leaving, I got a call from the store indicating that they had ordered a replacement seat for the chair and would have it within 3 weeks and would sent someone out to replace the scratched seat. Fantastic customer service!

Now despite 2 written requests to explain what's going on and no answer, now no one answers in service AND the line won't take recorded messages. This seemed so simple. Sofa delivered with a mid-shaped back cushion. I was told at delivery that a new piece would be ordered and replaced when it came in. I waited 9 months for the call that the replacement cushion arrived. But instead of replacing it, they took the sofa saying the repair would be done and sofa returned. That was 3 weeks ago. I've used the service email to request clarification. Twice. No response other than the auto message that my email was received. Today I called. No answer on the service line. Mailbox 'not taking messages. So, sofa bought and paid for. But I have no sofa and no answers. What good is a nice showroom if the service department is lousy, customers ignored and store shows no concern?
