This store is a PERFECT place to get your house decors and bedroom decors! I always get my bedsheets and bed conforters here. They have aisles and aisles of bed sheets and comfirters and pillows all organized in colors. For christmas and big holidays, they have lots of decors and ornaments in unique colors (from glass fancy ornaments to plastic normal ornaments). I love this place almost as much as i love Costco! It has sooo many different items...its like a candy store for home furnishing and deco. It is overwhelming but not as overwhelming as bed bath & beyond because of the amount of stuff they have. They have so much variety to choose from, but it's fun to look through. I like the variety of Christmas trees they have available as well as a decorations. They did also have other seasonal items such as outdoor chairs, large quantity of them too. This place has everything you could ever need for home decor. Kitchen and bath items, throw pillows, rugs, storage solutions, dishes, gardening and plenty of holiday decorations as well. I really went here to window shop because a friend recommended this place to me. I ended up getting an entrance doorway mat for about $14 bucks. Very large store. If you need help, you will need to ask them. I saw minimal people walking around that actually worked there. read more

I bought a pot @ at Home in Leesburg and I really need that pot but there was a small defect on it and that is ONLY pot left. The associat there advised if I really want it, I can get this one and if I can find the same one at other at Home stores, I can exchange it. Therefore, I went to at Home in Chantilly to exchange it and the manager ( Hafianger) who works as a cashier, told me that something like I should return it there ..... and gave me very very bad attitude. As I have talked to many people who shopping @ at home in Chantilly that all the workers there including the managers that they are only happy when sho purchase and Not happy and have very bad attitude when you return or exchange even you have the receipt at hands. My daughter took a vacation day from work, rented a u-haul truck, and we drove over an hour to an At Home store near Baltimore. Among other things, she bought two nightstands - both still in boxes. After returning home and unboxing the nightstands, we found that one was heavily damaged. The entire top right side was split and warped - obviously damaged when it was boxed. When she reached out to customer service and explained she could not take another day of vacation or afford another rental truck, they said she had no other option than to do just that. They would not send or deliver a replacement, would not compensate her for taking another day off or renting another truck or send someone to fix the damaged nightstand she unknowingly paid full price for. So maddening that she trusted the company to sell a quality product that was undamaged, and that they wouldn't assist with replacement after receiving pictures and videos of the damaged product they sold for full price. Do not trust the products from AtHome! Or the customer service as there is none! read more

I love discount home stores like Home Goods and Home Sense. This place is MUCH larger with a huge variety of items. They organized the aisles pretty well and the store was neat and clean. It was not very crowded but I also went on a weekday morning. The staff was relatively friendly but I only interacted to check out. I do think some of the prices were a bit higher than expected, compared to other stores, for what you get. For something like a candle under$10 the price difference was a couple dollars. However not all prices were bad. I got a cute glass vase for $7 which was still a good deal. Also they have A LOT of inventory. My issue with other places is they only have one of something when you might want two or multiple for centerpieces or something like that. This place has triple the inventory. I mean even the paintings and wall art aisles were impressive!! The stuff was also my style. So overall it was a great experience. Just wish some of the slightly defective items had better prices. I went to this location because I was in search of a very specific type of furniture. I had seen it a couple years ago in one of their other locations down south. I visited several locations in the area looking for what I needed and was unable to find it. I even visited some competitors with no luck. So, I had some time this afternoon and made the trek and wasn't disappointed. Found just what I wanted. The store was very well lit. Very clean and the merchandise and aisles were all neat and tidy with no boxes of stock or other items on the floor waiting to be put away. The display items were all staged very neatly and well organized. There was ample parking available and very easy to get in and out of the lot. read more

This place seems to score low in the reviews (average 2 or 3 stars) but I honestly give it a 4. I usually can find what I'm looking for when I come. The store is kinda stocked. Not as fully stocked as some of the locations in Maryland but this also isn't as space as the Manassas location. Staff is also helpful and nice when I ask for assistance. Reasons why I can't give it a solid 5: - inconsistent: they don't always have the same products as other locations. So make sure you check the website before driving over. - stock. Again, they don't have as many items as other stores. So if you're looking for a set of glasses, you may get 5 out of the 6 you need, which means you'll have to drive to another location to get them 6th. When you bet to the other location they have ample supply, which means you should have gone to the other store from the beginning. Hopefully more people give this location the benefit of the doubt. read more

Massive store with tons of options for whatever you are looking for- rugs, lamps, pillows, seasonal decorations, pictures..... Despite all of the options I sometimes walk away with nothing even though there were three aisles. Products are reasonably priced but more expensive than Home Goods or TJMaxx and Marshall's. There are usually only two check out counters and not many people to help in the aisles when you are shopping. read more

Every man for himself at At Home. This is place is great if you're decorating on the cheap. If you wanted something like an end table or a rug, you'd have literally hundreds of options. For some, this is stressful (like me, when I was looking for the round white rug, and nothing was organized, so after an hour I gave up and came home with an oval blue rug. Oh well...) But it is undeniable that the quality is pretty low for most items here. This is not where you go to buy a family heirloom, it's where you buy a life sized cactus statue because cacti are cool this week. The organization of the items is about one to two rungs above TJ Maxx. There are at least multiples of things, and they are somewhat together. It seems like they hired a lot of new people who are more helpful than when we were here about 6 months ago. When we needed help getting something from a high shelf, we were actually pretty surprised that someone got a ladder and helped us get something. But if you are expecting someone to order some item they don't have on the floor...that's like special ordering from a yard sale. That's not how you At Home. Oh yeah, and stay away from the dreaded mirrored furniture section. read more

Wow!!! This store is your one stop shop for inspiration, finding the perfect fit, or compulsory shopping all in one. Prices seem pretty competitive although some items you can definitely find cheaper elsewhere. If you need anything rest assured it is here. Only downside is probably just how many options and rows there are! Enough to make your head spin. Imagine it as the Forever 21 of furniture shopping...make sure you have time on your hands, patience, and are fed. Because trust me you'll be here a while. read more

This place is great. We stopped in looking for some art for our particularly empty walls and did not leave disappointed. I would describe this store as a Costco-sized Home Goods. The prices are reasonable, there are tons of options, styles and colors in everything. If you need a beach chair, a mirror, a rug and some vases - this is a one stop shop. If you like to peruse a store and browse pretty things - this is a store for you. I ended up buying some wall mounted shelves and when we went to install them, there was an issue with the mounting or something technical. We had lost the receipt (yikes, I know), but they were able to exchange it pretty easily. A+ customer service! read more

I love coming here for outside decor, mainly yard stakes but this place has a lot more. They have wall decor, patio furniture, kitchenware, plant pots, curtains, etc. All of the At Home locations I've been to are huge and this one is no exception. I prefer going to this site and the Manassas location as they're very well stocked. I also find the staff a lot more friendly at these 2 locations. This place is one of my favorite stores to shop at during Christmas. They have a bunch of artificial trees, christmas lights, outdoor inflatable decor, and ornaments. Basically whatever major holiday is coming up, they will most likely have decorative items for it. I think one of the reasons I like this store is because it's never crowded. I can shop in peace and never have to worry about long lines. I actually don't think I've ever had to wait in a line longer than 2 minutes max. That could also have to do with people opting to go to cheaper stores like home goods. At Home definitely is at a higher price point than those other stores but they offer a wider variety of items. I do wish some of their items were priced lower but I've been able to find a lot of reasonable priced things. With all that being said, I will definitely continue to shop here! read more

First time at this chain store. Never heard of it actually. I was not really expecting me to come here and in fact, I was afraid of coming here. The main reason because I know my wife would go nuts here. It is similar to an Ikea, just less structured and it is an amalgamation of other branded furniture. The deals are good and the price is low. I can't help but notice that the quality isn't that great, but if you are here for the cheaper end of furniture and are looking for things that would last you about a year - like for college students - then this place may be a good alternative choice to Ikea since I am sure Ikea isnt that close to this area. No one helped us when we wandered at the store and we were there for about 90 minutes. Not a single person came by to help us and things were all misplaced so it was hard at times to find things that we wanted. We ended up with just a laundry bakest and a side table. It was necessary, but we are not expecting it to last a lifetime. This place does have a good amount of parking so no issues there and there are a lot of goods and sections that you can spend hours here. If I were to go again, I would probably only go here when you have a specific good in mind so you don't just randomly wander. No clue if they have a bathroom. Sure that they do, just do not know where they are. read more

Stay away from this place due to an absolute horrible return policy. We purchased an outdoor umbrella from these clowns and the wording was "Sunbrella" like! Boy was that a lie. We had that mess for less than 3 months old and it was faded and it broke! I tried to return that trash and the manager said she was not able to return due to it being past 60 days. We do understand that we are under a virus attack but she doesn't have any biological protection and make us all in a dangerous situation! I was nervous about stopping by bc of the mixed reviews, but I was pleased with the selection and some of the prices. I was surprised by the high prices of a lot of the furniture, but saw great deals on accent pieces and decor. The rumors about the lack of staff are very true. Holy moly, mother of decor stores! This store is great for any and all home decor finds and needs. It's like a large warehouse, and it's COLOR COORDINATED. They have everything from couches, to cookware, to little trinkets and jewelry boxes. I would absolutely recommend taking a trip to the store. On December 30, I went to At Home and bought Christmas tree storage bags, wreath and ornaments bags. When I opened the Christmas tree storage bags, I found they were pretty flimsy. I put the Christmas tree in and the bag tore. I tried to use the ornament storage bags the dividers were were flimsy and didn't stay in place. So I decided to return the four wreath bags I had not opened up. When I went to the store with my receipt they told me they would only give me the price they would cost today. I paid $14.99 each, they wanted to refund $3.97 each. They also pointed out it is in small print at the bottom of your receipt. I will never shop in At Home again!! You would think that storage items would be worth MORE after Christmas since people are putting away their decorations. I understand not refunding Christmas trees or ornaments, but storage items? I was referred by a lady while shopping at World Market looking for napkin holders. So I decided to drive 45 mins away to this location to check out what the hype was about since I read a lot of good and not so good reviewed. Let me start off with the positive shopping experience of this trip. Everything was organized and there was many selections to choose from almost every category. Its layout is similar to Ikea I'm a way. Store was clean and everything was fairly easy to find. The store was under staffed and the very few store employees I ran into didn't ask if I needed help. Which actually was ok since things were pretty easy to find. Price wise the miscellaneous stuff like photo frames or even some planter pots were fairly priced. The furniture pieces were actually priced high compared to Home Goods, Home Depot and Ikea. Overall, the store was a hit or miss price wise. I would shop again. read more

Highlights are outdoor furniture cushions in every color at very reasonable prices, outdoor umbrellas in ever color imaginable, tons of accent pillows in every color, tons of accent carpets, lots of chairs and barstools at very reasonable prices. I bought some excellent quality red accent pillows at front of the store for Valentine's Day $5.99 each! I'd go back!! Worse Customer service EVER! I got a mirror that was not easy to move to the cashier due to the size and bad conditions of the shopping car. When I got to the cashier I realized it has a scratch so asked to the cashier (Koha) for another one. He asked me to return the scratched one to the same place and get a new one. Nobody was able to help me out and the only lady in that section told him all the mirrors were damaged. I had to go back, get a new one (no scratches) and when complained to the cashier he told me "There is nothing that I can do because I'm only the cashier" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They only want the money from you! After my complains this guy threw my receipt in a VERY BAD ATTITUDE over the counter !. Really? WTF!!!
