I found Joy to be friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. The shoppe hours are posted for all to see on Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. They are Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Our sales person, Michael Laut could not have been nicer or more professional. He never once pressured us and was always helpful with anything we asked. We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. Michael explained their trucks were already scheduled but he would find a way to get our cabinet to us by the end of the following week...and he did! The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive. We will be shopping their again and highly recommend this store and especially Michael Laut.

I bought two Hong paintings, specifically for the bright white. My salesperson knew it was the…read morewhite that I loved in the painting. A few years later, the white turned yellow. No direct sunlight hits the paintings. No one advised me that the paint would discolor. I'm guessing because it has some type of shiny coating over the painting. They still sell the painting in the store. I think they should advise buyers that the painting will change color. I think they should give me back my money or give me another new painting. They said they would give me 10% of what I paid.
