Up front, I'll concede that my opinion of this establishment was formed in 30 minutes. I stopped in this morning whilst having my car serviced nearby. I entered into their bleak looking entrance and discovered a well laid out interior that was clean and lively. Signs led me to the check-in desk a young, bald man with a goatee sat. I asked if he could tell me a little about the place. He gave me a hurried run down, as he appeared to look over my head avoiding eye contact the entire time. I playfully even moved myself back and forth in an attempt to meet his gaze with his twitchy diverted eye focus, because the interaction felt strange. Unnatural. After receiving some printed information from him, I purchased a cup of coffee and hung around to check out the vibe . Unfortunately, and possibly consciously, I believed that my opinion had already formed. The strange encounter with the man at the check in counter had sealed it. It was unwelcoming. It was cold. I posted a poor google review about my experience at this place Around Jan or so. Recently a friend of mine who was still a member asked if I'd play in a tourney with him if he paid for it (he was aware of my experience and feelings about patronizing this place). I agreed since we are a team and he was willing to pay so we signed up on 4/9. the tourney was being held at 9am on 4/26. on 4/26 @12:24am we both received emails stating that we were being withdrawn from the event. Apparently I was banned from the facility due to sharing my less than satisfactory experience. Just further solidifies why I made the decision I did to cancel the membership after having a poor experience during the trial membership. Luckily for me I was woke at the time the email came through so I didn't wake up early and drive across town to get this news. If I was banned why accept submission and money to begin with. Also, why wait til the last minute and punish my friend who despite seeing how i was treated continued to patronize your business. When you could have said weeks ago about this ban so that he could find another partner. but I guess I should be thankful that he at least refunded me this time read more

This facility has potential to be good. The building was nice, but the air conditioning was severely lacking!!! The people working didn't bother telling us there was an event being held in an hour after our arrival that would only leave two open courts to play on. Also not really open play as everyone just stayed on their courts that they didn't reserve. What a waste of money for us!!! read more

Great place to pickle! Staff is professional and informative. Management makes a grave effort to be polite and to insure everyone gets to enjoy there time and play at the facility. The location is in a good spot for north GA residents. read more

the tournament organization at this facility is substandard. First, their use of Pickleballbrackets.com is ridiculous. The organizers can't even delineate how to differentiate a member from a when somebody signs up or checks into the tournament. Then they try to charge an additional fee because they're not a member if they use a specific discount code that they sent their email when somebody registers. Furthermore, they constantly reward and favor specific members in specific tournaments so that they can win... they allow score changes and allow bad line calls to stand when it's challenged so this is a very unorganized place to play pickle ball. read more

This was my first and last time coming to this place. I paid for an hour of pickleball. While I was on the court one of the workers ( older Asian lady) came over and told me my time was up and made me get off the court. The cashier who was with her asked me if I wanted to extend for an hour and then she cut him off and said No, its too many people waiting. I thought that was so rude and embarrassing to make me get off the court. At least let me know, when this game is over your time is up. I'm a Black woman and I find this highly unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint. read more

More than Pickleball is a great place to play some indoor! All of the staff members are super nice and the community here is super fun!!

My daughters and husband come here every other weekend. Really nice environment and place to get away!

Management/Ownership if successful -- will be in spite of them -- zero customer service or relationship interest -- I have been twice - once when they were just opening Dec 2024 & today -- both times they have seemingly made every effort to ensure no one would want to play there -- really sad -- as they have a nice facility & great location. read more

Beautiful indoor, climate controlled courts, with a good mixture of competitive and social play. You can bring your friends and do your own thing, or join open play, leagues, or tournaments. Great facility. Owners are so friendly and are really open to feedback. The courts are made out of a nice material that's easy on the joints. All levels of play at the facility ranging from beginner to experienced. Cost is more affordable from pickle and social. Everyone is super nice. I love playing here so much! read more

I do not recommend going here. The atmosphere is lacking in many ways and the people working there are not kind in the slightest. Overall I had a very bad experience. If you want to play pickleball, I would definitely recommend pickle and social over this place. They have amazing food and really great service workers. read more
