Tried to order a pizza for delivery - XL NY pizza and added reg and old world pepperoni. Tax tip delivery total was $31 and change. Had $5 reward on my app so applied. Message said "order under $20, try again" . The pizza with added pepperoni WAS over $20 but since the coupon was applied the pizza was under even though the total was still $26 and change. Ridiculous. Oh well, they don't care about losing one customer so it doesn't matter. Just know they dont want your business if the items are under $20. Yes I gave a 20% tip and they still charged normal delivery fee but that doesnt matter either. Go elsewhere!! read more

3/24/2025 my first time trying Marcos. All meat bowl, meatball bake and boneless wings. At first I couldn't tell the difference between the 2 bowls cause they look the same. Everything was good. I ordered too much pizza before so I put the extras in the freezer. I took them out and reheat them last night. It still tasted pretty good until I bit into a bandage inside the pizza dough. It was so gross that I went to puke. I should've taken a picture of it before I threw everything away out of this commotion. read more

First tried Marcos a couple of months ago when a family membered ordered pizzas and sandwiches for family game night. Tried pepperoni and one of the pizzas with chicken (don't recall the name) and a part of one of the sandwiches. I love a classic pepperoni and it was of course my favorite. It wasn't an an Annesso's pepperoni, but still tasty. Not sure why people are comparing Marcos to Domino's. Marcos is far better than Domino's. Enjoyed the flavors of the sandwich as well. Again, not sure which sandwich it was as I didnt order the food. Second experience with Marcos my boyfriend picked up for a casual movie night: pepperoni pizza, boneless buffalo wi.gs and Greek salad. Pizza tasty, really enjoyed the wi.gs and the salad was super fresh a In appearance and texture. Just had my third experience last night with boyfriend picking up just boneless buffalo wings. Not hard to get them wrong, but good quality for a picky meat eater like me. I cannot cmemt on customer service or ambiance as both times we ordered were for pick up. I ordered a pizza with parmesan, but it looked and tasted more like cheddar, which was disappointing and honestly unpleasant. Customer service here is hit or miss, and I often feel treated a bit differently when I come in. Unfortunately, the pizza itself isn't good enough to make up for those issues either. read more

My grandkids love this pizza. Ao I was supposed to cook dinner for them but wasnt able to so I order pizza in the morning to have a 6:30 pm delivery. We recieved the pizza at 6:30 and served it . It was still HOT . I had 2 pieces and both were hot until I finished both. The taste and flavor is fabulous! Have had a good pizza in a while. It was the Best Pizza I have found in a real long time. Was looking for pizza delivery and Marcos did not disappoint! It was so easy to order online and they offer so many options that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The delivery came within 30 minutes on a Friday night- impressive. Their crust is so good. Everyone was raving about it. We also really enjoyed the cheesy bread, and it actually has a discount on their website. My young nieces loved their pizzas, so it's even satisfying for kids! read more

This is my pizza spot. They have a new guy, who was trying his best to do a good job, but doesn't know the menu yet. He probably shouldn't have been dispersing pizzas to customers bc he didn't know what went with each item. I ordered the 2025 special with a pepperoni pizza (Our pepperoni pizza's dough was definitely overworked - very chewy crust), and sadly, the cinnamon squares were incomplete - no icing. So, I called the store. I was on hold for about 25 minutes before I gave up. I'm not as upset about the order being incomplete as I am about being on hold for almost a half hour. I was attracted to this pizza franchise because I had never heard of it before plus they had a page on their website that said they had a one-topping $6.99 medium pizza so I thought I'd give it a try. First attempt to go to this location, the Google Website was reporting they were open till 11:00 p.m., but they really closed at 10:00 p.m., so I wasted gas going out there. So the next Sunday I went, I made sure to be there before 10:00pm. So on the second attempt to visit this location the employee told me he had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the 699 special. Did I have a coupon I said no I did not have a coupon. luckily some employee came in that had the code for the coupon and I was able to get the 699 special. I asked them how much the pizza would be without the coupon? $20 he said. Next it was a battle to see the list of toppings because the LED menu board, mounted up near the ceiling, was not working correctly and they did not have a list anywhere that I could read from. I simply asked do you guys have meatball they said yes I said give me half meatball half sausage. About 15 minutes later I walked out with the pizza. All I can say about the pizza is it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Would I get it again? Not for $20, $6.99 definitely. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a large pizza and wings. Yelp offered a 25% discount code that we tried to apply to the order. When my wife picked up the pizza the person at the register was rude( rolling her eyes) and not helpful. Saying she knew nothing about the coupon and didn't know where the manager was. It was pizza night (every night could be pizza night) and remembered it was now open, so using my Yelp app I looked up the phone number and gave em a call. It rang just a few times and I was greeted and asked to wait which is normal, after a few minutes Rene asked what I would like and was it for pickup or delivery...I said for pickup. My order was simple, a large pepperoni pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Living only a short distance from this newly founded pizza restaurant, it was a short time before I arrived and walked through the door of this heavenly establishment. I was received with a smile and promptly served my order. As you can see the pizza looks delicious, once home I opened the box and the handiwork of Marcos magic and soon thereafter rejoiced with every bite! I'll be a regular there...fyi ;-) read more

Food is just ok and the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs. No where to sit really, so getting it to take home is recommended.

First time checking out Marcos. We ordered a XL Pepperoni Pizza it will take 15 min wait. It's a take or delivery only. The Manager was very nice. The place is clean, there is seating available while waiting. There is cold 2litter bottles available to purchase. I think next time I'd like to try the Pizza Bowls build your own they leave out the crust. Pizza is definitely good a little greasy but it did taste great we inhaled it. Will be back. read more

I love Marcos but unfortunately it can be a hit or miss. For me it's a splurge to order here, or we rely on their weekday specials.

New! Time to get it on here! =) I called in to order and the worker was very kind and easy to talk to. I ordered the veggie pizza with grilled chicken added. I asked what kind of crust he recommended since they have different ones and he recommended the original thin since I was getting the garden so I took that. They do not do a personal size. Only small. Ordered that. I arrived to pick it up and the worker was nice. The order was ready and handed over. He asked if I wanted a complimentary dressing. They have ones like ranch and jalapeño ranch. I said I just wanted the pepper toppings and he put them in a bag to take. Inside is clean and safe. Small, little front area. Take, pay and go. I paid for the order and received good wishes along with a thank you as I left. =) It smells really good! Looks really good too! Lunchtime! Couple slices of the pizza with peppers added. OMG! Really delicious pizza! The peppers making it even better! Loved the thick pieces of cheese too! Fresh and tasty! Great service and delicious pizza! Lots of leftovers too!
