They didn't always do a great first pass of plowing, but if you called to complain, they would come back with bobcats and handle shovels if needed to get your driveway clean enough to see the pavement. We weren't sure what to expect, but the results were definitely above and beyond what we expected! The process began with a relatively simple and information walkthrough. Prices were not given at the time, but realistic "challenges" were explained to us. In our case it was leftover rock disposal, removal of a shrub, and the potential of uncovering any other surprises while digging and leveling. A walkthrough was completed by a manager/owner(?) and one of the crew members. We were scheduled for a time frame, between 2 and 4 days. On day one it was kind of odd when they arrived because for one, it was around 230pm when they arrived to start. Also, we came to find out that only 1 person was going to be working on the project. It seemed like an incredible amount of work for one person, so we were skeptical. We were working from home throughout this process, so we were able to go take peeks of the progress. The first picture in the collage I attached, easily took the entire first and second day due to the mess and surprise old pond setup. This one guy, with his pick-axe, just kept chugging away at the mess and ripping it up. The truck had to drive away multiple times to dump off the debris, especially the big bush we had ripped out with their Dingo stumper remover. When it was all said and done, they laid down some hay barrier, as you can see in any of the right side photos I attached, to cover the dirt and hopefully prevent anything from sprouting up in the remaining portion of fall. Pros: -very efficient and removed EVERYTHING we asked -great price, was a couple hundred under the quote we were given even though it was more work than expected -excluding day 1, he started around 9 or 10am, took a break for lunch and finished around 6pm -no mess left behind Cons: -left tools and equipment behind overnight and throughout a weekend that he didn't work. Didn't enjoy the liability of someone seeing it and walking up and taking it if they wanted to. Thank you Greenline for everything you did for our backyard foliage renovation! The "step down stoops are wider and safer with this install. Everything looks brand new. There had been a trench from a generator install and the supervisor of the crew offered to grade, reseed, and edge this area as well. Same attention to detail as with the pavers. The crew was quick, particular to details, and went above and beyond their quoted work. Not only does everything look fresh and new, and the crew added a few sparkly-coordinating colors of pavers to add some contrast!!! Perfect!!! The work was even completed a day earlier than expected. I have been a past TruGreen customer, I did not want another run with horrible customer service from the home visits to local management. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard. I will report back during the season on our progress.

After waterproofing didn't help, we contacted Manu at Grow Earth to see if leveling the yard would help with the problem. He came out to survey and gave suggestions and started to plan. Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. We were treated like family and were given honest advice. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommended them for your landscaping needs.

They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. The project hit a few hiccups - namely a massive buried tree stump and the need to lay some drainage after discovering water pooling - but Manu and his team were able to accommodate and adjust to keep things moving. Finally, the end result looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with it!
