I called his published cell several times at the beginning of May to see a listing by Cord Shiflett. Sent text to his cell. Never got a response. Called his office on a Saturday morning, a young man said they would contact him with my info and have him contact me, guess what? No response. The property I called about in early May closed last week for $200,000 less than asking price of 1.4M and $100,000 less than I was willing to pay. Something's up here.
