The owner is warm and welcoming and her smoothies are nutritious, intentional (ingredients wise), and tasty. I had the More Spice, which is a smoothie I naturally wouldn't gravitate to, however, the sample of this smoothie completely sold me. It was soooo good! I appreciate any place that has real ingredient smoothies and juices! It's not like cheap made smoothies, it's fresh ingredients. The service was also good and the lady who rang me up also helped me pick out a smoothie and what I got was delicious! I don't remember the name but it had soursop, seamoss, banana, spirulina etc. and it was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too banana flavor, and it was delicious! As a resident of the area my family and I were over the moon when MoreLyfe opened! Being a health conscious family and having this gem in our backyard is amazing. The customer service that Trinket (owner) and her team provides is excellent. The music, vidid colors and brightness of the space is so inviting and always makes me want to hang around for while. MoreLyfe Juice gives me LIFE! I love this quaint gem of a juice/smoothie bar. It's small but packs a big punch when it comes to healthy alternatives to smoothies. This neighborhood is truly changing and having a healthy option to eat really makes a difference. Often times we have to travel to Midtown or Buckhead or Roswell to get an authentic take on a something like this. I love their granola. It's made in-house and is so delicious that if you're not careful you can eat the whole bag in one sitting. I have to put mine is mini ziplock bags so I can monitor my portion intake. I honestly thought I had found the best juice bar when I discovered Arden's Garden, but I definitely needed to get out more because this is my favorite place. Between the Jerk Patty and the MoreGreens and MoreLyfe smoothies smh. The best hands down. The guide to healthier living and it's enjoyable. It's easy to come here for breakfast and lunch. This is my new favorite smoothie/Juice shop AND it's in the neighborhood. The smoothies and juices are amazing but you HAVE to try the vegetarian patties. I'm determined to try all the patties but I'm hooked on the Jerk Plantain ones. In terms of what the smoothies are like, think more Arden's Garden and less smoothie king. I dropped in yesterday and had a smoothie bowl. It was absolutely delicious! Nothing short of amazing! It included açaí, sliced strawberries and bananas, fresh granola and pecans. I also purchased several boutique brands of hot sauce and a callaloo which was a flaky pastry stuffed with spinach. The service was impeccable and everything I tasted was delicious. Oh! The people, the food, and the service were all excellent. I had two patties and two smoothies. The patties were warm and flaky. The smoothies were cool and smooth. Idk where they get their seamoss but it's real. I've never had that much energy. I've never slept so deep. 11/10. I visited Morelyfe Juice bar in Cascade. The establishment is so clean and designed with beautiful vibrant colors. To have a juice bar in that neighborhood was a good thing. Everything is Vegan made. My favorite was the homemade Granola and vegan carrot cake muffins. Not to mention a variety of Pattie's. All the juices were refreshing not sugary.
