Now they have stopped representating me because they couldn't make an easy immediate profit on my case, and I'm forced to petition the courts myself after wasting a year waiting for this law firm to do their job. They also supposedly spent a year trying to contact my case manager, but weren't able to get in touch. However, I personally contacted the case manager and received a response within 24 hours. I am almost certain that this law firm didn't even do the basic due diligence of actually attempting to contact my case manager.
