I highly suspect that this place might scam you. We purchased 326 tickets yesterday. And last night after we were done, we still had 190ish tickets left, but when I come back the next day, after I did Skyscaper which only costs 22 tickets, the system shows that the balance is 0. So I went to the guest service, the lady was not friendly at all, and she had no desire to help you with the issues, and she claims that somehow we had two cards splitting the amounts, which isn't true. Because we only received one card. And she said that we did the skyscraper last night at 930 pm, which is a lie, because none of us were even at the park last night. This place might be a scam. Went here with my dad on Tuesday August 6th 2024 as part of our Cape May/Wildwood vacation. We parked at our usual place Smitty's, which was about $20.00. We entered by Mariners Pier, but then went to Adventure Pier to ride a favorite of mine, The Great White. The Great White is a fast wooden coaster, a must ride for the coaster lovers, and non coaster lovers! We then got funnel cake from a store on our way back to the Mariner's Pier. We ate the funnel cake outside, and made sure to hide it from the seagulls, and we did a good job i'd say- no seagulls were fed! Next we headed to Mariner's Pier and walked around a bit. We didn't go on any rides there. We then walked to surfside's pier, and walked all the way to the other end of the boardwalk in north wildwood! Didn't really know it went that far until now! On our way back to mariner's pier, we stopped at Dairy Queen and a pizza place. I got a cotton candy blizzard, and my dad got pizza. A blizzard is definetely easy to eat while walking, and so is a slice of pizza. I enjoyed riding my favorite ride, and enjoyed all the boardwalk food. Will be back next year! read more

Me and my boyfriend had so much fun here, 98% of the staff was so sweet other then one who snatched a phone out of someone's hand but other then that all the staff would wave and overall give good vibes. The hours are very long so you can go explore the boardwalk and come back. I would definitely recommend coming later at night, the lights look really nice and it was overall a great experience, I would also recommend getting the two day pass for the amusement and waterpark. The park was overall clean with trashcans around the park. The rides aren't that scary tho but if you're someone who enjoys more calm rides then I'd for sure recommend this park!! read more

The piers were great fun ten years ago, but has gone downhill every year since. This will be the last year my family purchases season passes. When we traveled to the piers this week, all three roller coasters had broken down. In fact, the entire first pier lost power (and this was not weather related). So far, we have come to Morey's four times this year and the Great White roller coaster hasn't been operational once. Safety is important, but it seems as though Morey's needs to hire more support staff and expertise. The web site does not list when rides are down, they don't pick up the phone after 5, and their digital online assistant is awful. I definitely regret spending the money on three season passes this year. read more

Was able to experience this boardwalk amusement pier a few times in one week. Like most amusement parks/piers, the weekend was more crowded then the weekdays. Also saw a bigger crowd at night. Tickets are on the pricey side but that was expected. For 75 tickets we paid $90. For 20 tickets we paid $30. You can purchase admission to all rides and water park online for $100 a person. Regardless, the amount of tickets we purchased was sufficient for 3 kids to use in 3 days. Lines to most rides moved pretty quickly. The most we waited on line was about 10 mins. Did notice the 3D ride was closed. Everything else seemed to have been opened. All games were also open. Pricing for those varied. Nearby parking ranges up to $30 dollars in a lot during the weekend. On the weekday same parking spots were about $15. Parking meter is available. Payment is made easy as you can make a payment online using your phone. No need to download an app either. Don't forget to take advantage of the night lights for awesome pics. read more

Their website is confusing when you try to figure out how to ride - you can buy individual tickets (great if you want to ride just 1-2 rides) or passes which are not explained what is included and when for a day with (seemingly) unlimited rides. Fun for all. I have had season passes since 2021 and enjoy the place quite a bit. It is fun, has good food, and great roller coasters and rides. The water parks are small yet have a lot of slides for the size. Three pier equals three times the fun without the tickets/passes. However, it is expensive, a hefty price for food, and the tickets are really expensive. If you live in or near wildwood, the season passes is very much worth it. Ride ticket ranges so getting on a ride is not cheap. The haunted castle ride was 7 tickets I believe. My girlfriend and I spent the week in Wildwood and came to Morey's a few times during our stay. We loved the Ferris wheel and especially The Great White roller coaster. We felt like kids again with our arms in the air and screaming our heads off! I brought my Daughters, ages 8 and 9. There were plenty of rides for them to do, most being 5 or 6 tickets. The little kid rides were 3 tickets. The tickets were pretty expensive though, almost $100 for 75 tickets. Food and drinks were expensive but draft beer was only $3. read more

Until my recent visit, I hadn't been since I was 8 or 9 years old. Some rides have changed, some classics never change. It seems a bit cleaner, and less threatening, though I'd still say some of the patrons are rough around the edges... all in all, there was much more of a family-friendly feel at the Piers than I remember as a kid. Back then, we'd drive from Stone Harbor to OC or Wildwood boardwalks for what I remember as tons of fun. But I grew up, and I'm no longer into rides, cotton candy, money-sucking games, etc. so I'd never visit an amusement park/carnival/boardwalk for myself, but I'll do it for a friend, or my kid. I mention that because this review will be from a mom perspective, as someone there to watch others enjoy, not really a connoisseur of amusements myself. I felt safe on the piers, and like people were out and about to enjoy themselves. People were actively going on rides, or preparing to do so. No one was loitering or trying to cause trouble (as sometimes happened back in the day). I passed a few smartallecks on the boardwalk, screwing the pedestrian flow by making people walk around them, or trying to be looked at, but no one was interested in their foolishness. Didn't seem like many people were under the influence of anything, and I was there past 10pm. Like I said, it really felt like a family ambiance, and I was pleasantly surprised. I got a tip last year from a mom on the beach that Morey's has a 40% off sale in (she said) October. But other reviews say it's December. So I looked last October and saw no sale, and my guess is it changes every year. Advice: sign up for their emails, or check their website between Oct and Dec. The 40% off is really helpful if you visit more than once, and/or have a number of people in your party, and/or like to go on lots of rides. So I missed the sale and had to buy a-la-carte full price, there on the boardwalk. Of course they do a system where it's X number of tickets per ride, designed to confuse drunk and stupid people. Annoying to say the least. Kiddie rides are 3-5 tickets each = $4.50 to $7.50 per person per ride (+ tax). Adult rides were 6-10 tickets each = $9 to $15 pp per ride (+ tax). So you'll wanna do the math for all the peeps in your party, and how many times you want to go, and how much you need for your ride fix. Or don't, and just get drunk and spend hundreds. Whatever. To put it into perspective, Disney passes are $109/pp/day, and you can easily match that here if you don't pay attention. While I definitely want my kid to have fun, there are much bigger priorities in my budget for him, so savings on this kind of entertainment are really worth it, and I will be seeking that sale later this year. For my recent visit, my toddler was able to get 2 rides with parent, and 2 kids only rides, and that was a ball for a first visit. But I know the BEGGING I used to do, so I am just waiting for that next year, lol. We didn't do any games, that is a hard no for me. I lack skills to win anything for my kid, and the prizes don't seem worth the money anyway. I realize there is a thrill in "winning" something, or having it won for you, but eh, it's just not for me. The novelty food, too, just isn't worth it. As a kid we only ever did rides because games and food were never even on my radar. It's also later in the evening/night and not really healthy to eat so late, especially for kids, so again, just not my thing. What else? Oh, parking. We parked on the street with the Wildwood app. It was like $2.50/hour. We ended up needing 2 hours, and were able to pay for just one, and get an alert when our time was running out, so we could just pay from the app, while still enjoying the boardwalk. Very simple. Our car was all safe about a block from the boardwalk, in a well lit spot. I felt safe getting back into the car with a toddler even when dark out, past 10pm. Their toll free number is really unpleasant. It's insultingly cheesy "congratulations you dialed our number, good for you" and designed to be as verbose and circuitous as possible to keep you listening to this nonsense for minutes before a menu comes up. All considered, I recommend Morey's, but advise getting tickets or passes during that 40% off sale! Enjoy, and (nose-pinched voice) "Please watch the tram car!" read more

Don't get wrong, I don't begrudge them being successful, but $9.50 for a beer and $12 for a crappy pretzel is ridiculous. And their prices for rides and water parks is insane too! Many a weekend and summer holiday during my misspent youth was centered at or near this pier -- when it was less high tech -- but just as frenetic. Memory fades over time but the smells of this place are unchanged for me. For about $60 for 4 -- we sampled the best coaster and thrill rides and dropped a few bucks on games of chance and arcade silliness. And if carnival food is your friend -- you can't but move a few inches one way or another before being confronted by all sorts of fried, sauced, baked and grilled food with drinks to match. Not exactly quality eats -- but that's the point. Top Tip: Worth buying a groupon or sourcing a discount pass online before your visit here. Three piers jam packed with so many rides! My kids have grown up playing on these piers and still enjoy them. I've interacted with guest services who treated us so nicely. I read someone complaining on here about their experience with their child who had special needs... The person went on to make a lot of (wrong) assumptions about the owners of the pier as well as admitting they never even tried to contact guest services because the line was too long for them. I'm telling you, this place takes care of it's guests and tries hard to provide a nice family atmosphere with everything from rides to games to water parks that a whole family can enjoy together. I also see someone complaining about ticket prices who really should have purchased unlimited wristbands. If you can't have a good time here... You may just be a generally miserable person because this place is fun, fun, fun! read more

We had an amazing day here. Highlight was the zombie crusher. And the wheel nothing like rembering your afraid of heights when your already moving. It's been 30 years since my last visit and it still feels like home. This place is a dangerous dirty dump that is happy to steal your money. Avoid like the plague. We were on a roller coaster and made to get off due to rain. Fine. Understandable. Ride attendant said we would be able to get a rain check from guest services. Guess what? They acted like they had never done this before. I spoke with Manager John. He was unfriendly and unhelpful despite my very reasonable, rational, calm explanation. I literally explained the situation like a history teacher might explain a historical event to a college student. He claimed there was "nothing" they could do. This review isn't just about the pier rides alone. While the pier is fun; typical rides and prices, there is one thing you can do here that you can't do anywhere else in the US and only one other place in the world....BREAKFAST ON A FERRIS WHEEL! Yes that's right. It is one of the best things my daughter and I have ever done. It's a 45 minute slow ride with a 5 star meal. We dined on fruit topped Belgian waffles and crepes stuffed with lump crab. You get coffee, tea, juice and water to drink and a view you can't imagine. I do suggest a sweater...it can get chilly up there but it's well worth it. It takes some time to get everyone set up but the experience is worth the wait. This is a MUST do!! read more

I went here for a vacation and I had a blast. Alot of shops and rides to the point where you wont see everything in one day. Staff were super nice and were extremely sociable. Rides on the boardwalk are not cheap. 1.25 without tax per ticket, Wristband for the pier is 55 dollars without tax, however after ten it is cut in half. Waterparks were fun , but they both had similar attractions. after 3:30 the price is 25 dollars versus 35 dollars. Rides were usual carnival fare , but They have three coasters called the great white ( goes on the beach ) , the dragon coaster, and the great noreaster. All were super fun to ride and they are worth the wristband. If your ever in the area it is a MUST for the young and old alike. very fun and busy atmosphere. Would recommend. read more

The worst theme park spot to vacation in New Jersey.. I am a New Jersey native who has not been to Wildwood in years , until recently. I was of course very excited to visit Morey's Pier, as I am a roller coaster enthusiast who travels up and down the east coast reviewing theme parks and rating coasters. Unfortunately Morey's Pier was the worst theme park I have ever been too. The exorbitant prices are insane, even for a boardwalk. It is $100 for a DAILY wristband, but $40 for a SEASON PASS to great adventure, which is one of the best amusement parks in the world. It is $15 per roller coaster, all 3 of their major ones were built pre 2000, yet seaside which built a roller coaster in 2019, is charging $10. It is a tourist trap, and of course I knew this going in, so that is not my main concern. However after dropping a ticket down the boardwalk cracks, and talking to the ticket vendor who said it could be replaced... it was not replaced. Instead they told me someone used my $30 ticket to ride the exact ride we planned to ride, the nor' easter. I said this is impossible, the ticket fell through the boardwalk. They said there is nothing they can do. I asked how it's possible, but they pretty much accused me of lying. I understand they can't replace lost tickets, but they told me they could, and somehow magically someone rode the exact ride we told them we planned to go on within 2 minutes of me watching my ticket fall under the boardwalk. Management wasn't helpful, accused me of lying, and when I emailed them, no response. I went back twice to speak to someone, no help, accused of lying After being to multiple theme parks, this is the worst of them all. I planned to ride and review all 3 major coasters here, and was going to fork over the money to do so. Instead I left with nothing ridden, scammed pretty much, and a customer service team that is frankly, atrocious. Anyway, If you are a tourist visiting New Jersey, don't go here. If you want a theme park and a beach town, vacation in seaside and take a day trip or two to Six Flags. You will spend FAR less money, have a FAR better time, and get to experience much more. Great place for games and rides and tons of family fun! My sun enjoyed most of the rides, the kiddie ones. Curly's fries is nearby which was pretty awesome and on the other pier they have a couple places to get drinks and snacks/food which is convenient. We went during COVID and you needed to scan your ride ticket, get a pump of hand sanitizer and then you could go on the ride and repeat the process for the next ride. A mask is required on the pier at all times unless you are eating/drinking and are 6 feet away from others. read more

This is a really fun boardwalk especially if you go at night. The place becomes really pretty with all the lights and becomes like a carnival. I got to go on The Great Nor'easter rollercoaster. I thought it was amazing, but I was a little disappointed that it ended so quickly for its price. This ride costs 9 tickets and since each ticket is $1.25, I paid over $11 for just this one ride. I also went on one of the spinning tea cup ride for 5 tickets. Again, it was a lot of fun but I was a little disappointed that I couldnt control how fast I spin. Although I was restricted by time and money, there are so many games to play and rides to go on. I would definitely come back in the future because I think it would be really fun if I get a day pass (for $50 or so) and stay here all day/night. read more
