This is a smaller water park for the price but it's still so much fun. My tip is to get there early to get good seats or rent a cabana in advance. Also the shotgun falls ride hurt my chest when I hit the water. I tried it again holding my chest the second time and it still hurt. My favorite ride is the blue mat racer- not sure what it's called. read more

Fun, but not that clean! On one of the drains, there was hair on it. There was also a Band-Aid on the patio. Also, there aren't any changing rooms, so you have to lift a towel up to change. read more

So I am "local". I am about only 40 minutes away. We decided to come down mid week to not deal the out of town visitors. Website stated park doesn't open till 11am and there was no available cabanas. We arrive at 10:45 and find out the water park opened at actually at 9:30 am and they did have cabanas available. Little frustrating cause we would have arrived at open. Once inside park was super clean. Lockers are paid with a debit or credit card now and you scan your wristband! No more worrying about loosing your key. New air tubes for lazy river. Unfortunately, now for some reason there are no rules to the lazy river. People were just swimming and doing laps. Kids were jumping off the walls and their tubes. You had people doing cannon balls. Kids jumping off shoulders of their friends. No one was saying anything! At one point I was literally pushed into wall and my friend was flipped off his tube. We had to leave by 3pm because we couldn't take it. So upsetting when you pay a little over $50 per person and forced to leave after just a few hours. Grabbed food while we were there. It was well seasoned well. Lines were not long and cashiers and expeditors were super friendly. Ordered the lobster and shrimp roll. It should have just been sold as a shrimp roll. Had only one small piece of lobster. But still tasted amazing. Was only able to eat half cause it was super packed!!! read more

Tiny water park for the price of admission. They need to work on keeping the lazy river clean it had so much gunk from the ocean and trees floating in it. We were smart and got here by 10 am. It turns into a mad house by noon even on a weekday, the adults only pool with a bar is great. Drinks and food are pricey I saw plenty of people with coolers so I would suggest byo drinks /food! read more

I've been coming to Ocean Oasis since I was a little kid and LOVE it! Nothing has changed, and its so nostalgic. I really enjoy every ride and its never too crowded to the point where you are waiting in huge long lines. For the most part they keep it as clean as possible and staff is friendly. I usually buy the combo wristband waterpark and dry rides and do the waterparks on one day and the dry rides the next. Great place to take the family!! If you buy tickets online before you arrive they always have promotions, so buy before you go. If you do not want to they have specials when you get there if you do the morning specials, which grants you a few hours for a discounted rate... swing by guest services and ask! read more

What I liked about this water park is that the price of admission included entry to Ocean Oasis on Surfside Pier as well as Raging Waters on Mariner's Pier. It also included free tram rides until 5pm to save time by not having to walk. That being said, the cost is only worth it because it was 2 parks for the price of 1. I would not recommend pay for the park otherwise. I'm not saying the parks are bad, because we did have a lot of fun, but we have been to better... it wasjust a little pricey. Neither park was overly crowded which was great. read more

The restaurant had a much better menu last year. More sophisticated. Salmon sandwich. Adult food. Now.. garbage!! Fried ;chicken quesida. Blah horrible. Too much cheese and yellow. Made me sick.. I'f you want to go for drinks .. that's all I would recommend. Very disappointed. Should have left menu alone read more

During a vacation here this summer, my boyfriend's family rented out a cabana for the whole day. It was such a nice experience. Staff was nice and watches over the safety of everyone constantly. They offer life jackets for the ones who can't swim well or not at all. The only thing I didn't like was that only one of the slides had the rafts for 2 people. read more

My teenage son was charged 20 dollars for a locker rental on top of the 45 dollar entrance fee. That's outrageous and I will never use it again or spend another dollar at any Morey's pier owned facilities read more

Oh, Ocean Oasis, how do I hate thee? Let me count the ways. I just got done paying $264 for my wife, our kids and a few of their friends for the morning special at the park. Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle so I'm not able to participate in the fun. When I tried to go in with my family I was stopped by a snotty "guard" who said, no wristband, no enter. I said that I had a sprained ankle, I showed her my purple foot and it was obvious I was in street clothes. I explained my predicament and said that I was just going to sit down rest my foot and watch my family. No deal, it would cost me another ticket to just sit in their park. Along comes the manager with the stock script, "we have many other amenities, yada, yada." Clearly they've got the words down pat as I'm sure they are well versed in the blatant money grab strategy this park has implemented. To what end? I should be fair and mention that they did say I can watch from the observation deck. A deck with nowhere to sit and not a lick of shade. Thanks, but no thanks! read more

Raging Waters is one of the two Morey's owned waterparks on the boardwalk. If you have younger…read morekids, I would recommend this one over Ocean Oasis. I've found my kids (ages 1-14) have more to do at RW and there's a nice mix for all ages, but plenty to keep the younger ones entertained. When you pay for admission to either waterpark, the other is included. So you could easily make a whole day at the waterparks alone. You will also get free tram car rides from pier to pier with your wristband (I believe that is only until 5/6pm though!) To me, the best thing about Morey's is that they allow you to bring in coolers with food! This is crucial when you have kids and plan on spending a whole day the parks. Splash Zone Waterpark does not allow this and I found myself spending A LOT more on food there or having to leave to eat. We often will grab a few food items from their food stand and they're always good. You will pay for this though, and it's very pricey for the amount of food you get per order. Wait times can also be long, even when they aren't busy. I would personally skip the cheesesteak, you can find MUCH better ones right outside the pier on the boards for cheaper. The buffalo chicken wrap was really good and filling, though! The fries are good, big enough order to share.

SO, we decide to head back one day because it is a decent water park for our little one, and I see in my inbox that they are offering discounted, sorry, "discounted," tickets if you buy online. The advert mentions the price is $25.... SIKE! Gotcha, dummies. No...the price for the day we were trying to go, which was a damn Thursday, btw, was $48. But wait; what about those $25 tickets, I hear you asking. They are only for certain, specific days. Looking at the calendar, it appears that Sunday is the day with the $25 dollar tickets. "Ok, we'll just go Sunday then," says the Misses, optimistically. Wrong again. I go today to look at the SUNDAY tickets, and they are now $28 dollars. "That sucks," I hear you begin to say, "but that's still cheaper than if you buy regular price." Oh, you sweet summer child......The $28 is ONLY available if you buy online, but when you go to check out, Splash Zone chargers a, and I quote, "Online Recovery Fee," basically to recoup some of the cost of the "discounted" ticket. SO, the advertised price of $25 per ticket, which turned into $28 per ticket, is now actually $31per ticket. I HAVE to go, because of how my marriage is set up, but I hope Splash Zone enjoys my last time ever visiting their park.

Again with very little sympathy or apology he states "well you're in the building!" As if my $1,600 couldn't be better spent somewhere else! It saddens me that this is the treatment that myself and my family has been given! I'll be taking my family else where to make memories at another resort!!! Oh and upon entering the room the freaking air doesn't work!!!
