One earlier review stated that they lacked insurance, but I was assured that they are now licensed and insured, so I proceeded with scheduling because their price was reasonable and they could schedule me within the week. I'm always nervous on window-cleaning day, but they moved from room to room with a minimum of disruption, even doing the screens, too. They treated my tempered glass with kid gloves (no blades which cause scratches), and added gutter-cleaning for half what I'd been paying my last window cleaners! They did both inside and outside and we have very high 2 story windows that they were able to do with no problem. Miguel Morfin (owner) and his associate came on a Saturday morning as planned and did the windows in my whole house (1400 SF) in under 2 hours. Miguel is an experienced window washer having washed windows for the corporate world in the past. They were polite and efficient. He will point out any existing defects in the windows (we have a broken seal and a cracked window), probably to prevent himself from getting blamed for breaking glass. This was the first time I've had my windows cleaned, and it was well worth it. The price seemed fair to me. I plan to have them back in the Fall for another round before the holidays. Maybe I'll have him do my gutters too! read more
