After contacting Mike, he drove to my house and gave me an estimate to power wash my backyard hardscape that was inundated with dirt. He gave me a great price compared to others and he seemed to be quite honest and a hard worker. We scheduled a date and time. He was punctual. He spent over 4 hours power washing everything. The Arizona Flagstone was very difficult to clean. He went over it multiple times. After everything was finished, he asked me to inspect his work. There were just a couple areas I wanted him to go over again. Without hesitation he did. Again, afterwards he asked me again. I couldn't fine anywhere that needed another go around. I know he spent much more time than he expected. He did not say a word about that. I was very pleased with his work. Straight up, honest hard working guy. I gave him a nice tip for his hard work. After sending him some photos of my project, Mike provided me a quote and scheduled the service. As you can see in the before and after photos, our patio looks brand new. Mike has helped me for a few years now. Usually he does such good work. He just doesn't seem to care anymore. We had to part ways. Got my house pressure washed and apparently that doesn't include clean windows. That sounds crazy to me. Who would have their house pressure washed but not expect clean windows. He did one of my rental properties too and apparently that only included doing the ground. He made this mess on the fence by pressure washing the ground but doesn't want to go back to clean it off. How is that reasonable. The mess wasn't there before him. Apparently fences are separate. read more
