They take copies of all your information , pictures of injuries, SS number, drivers license, then call you in a few days later stating your case has merit, after conferences they will represent you. Giving false hope you will be compensated for injuries and pain and suffering. And that maybe, changes can be made to prevent others from receiving the same type of injury. They don't care. Customer service is highly important to me and as of this writing it's been 30 days since my accident and I'M NOT IMPRESSED. I've only heard from my case manager on a few occasions and he's not quick to return calls. I've also had one contact with the client advocacy team and they're slow to respond as well. I was assigned to an Attorney Name Rebecca Robertson. It is Now July 27. 2023 & my case still had not been settled. Rebecca has neglected to work diligently on my case. Sh has given me false Information on my case and she continues to hold my medical records instead of releasing them the the other side so that they can review and give any offer. In addition, I have reached out to the client complaint line several times regarding my case and no on on that end has been helpful either. I reached out to John Morgan today, awaiting a call back hopefully he calls back, so that I might have a better understanding on what really is going on with my case and why is it taking so long as well as to get a time stamp on how much longer will it take. I have asked Rebeccca Robertson several times for approximately how long will it take and she continues to misinform me. Rebecca Robertson also does not communicate effectively timely with me regarding my case. She often ignore my emails or respond days later. Unless I reach out she doesn't keep me updating about my case. Its going on years now and I still have not gotten paid. Had high hopes for this firm. My case supposedly finished months ago but I was never informed. When I reached out for an update I was told they have been sitting on my check. Here I am months later still no call or check. They like to pass the buck and tell you someone will be intouch but no one ever calls. They switch up your team and don't tell you. Just wow. I wrote a whole description on their free evaluation form online and received a phone call less than a minute before they were able to review everything I wrote. The representative then transferred me to a case specialist asking for a "brief" description of what had happened. I tried being as brief as possible while providing important information. As I was finishing explaining the case specialist just hung up on me. I received no call back as if my case was not interesting enough to them. I contacted Morgan and Morgan about an issue and my inquiry did not make it past the scripted pre-screened interview. It's my opinion that if Morgan and Morgan does not anticipate making a ton of money from a potential case they want nothing to do with it. Which is contradictory to their commercials that they put out there. Another case, different than the one noted above, was referred to Morgan and Morgan, and AGAIN, it didn't make it past the scripted pre-screening. And in this case, Morgan and Morgan called me. It is my opinion, that Morgan and Morgan are NOT "For the People" as they claim in their many commercials. Unless, of course, they are positioned to make a significant monetary return. Very disappointing experience - I chose them because of all their strength in the industry and all the commercials I watch with them and their results. I have been working with them since July on a car accident I had and some personal injuries. Fault was clear-cut, the first team I worked with at Morgan and Morgan was very caring and kept in touch often with results, even if there were none. Obviously going through recovering from this was stressful, and I was not working at the time of the accident so finding employment has been tough with all my appointments etc. In late January my legal team was transferred to another team within Morgan and Morgan in the Medford, MA office and that's where things went downhill. They were less than caring and considerate, and made me feel like I was bothering them to get updates, etc. When it came time for negotiations, I was told I would hear from my case manager when there was something to talk about. I had inquired about getting pre-settlement funding because I had been out of work for over 7 months and things were getting pretty bad financially and was told they didn't work with the company I started the process with. They had no conversations with me on what was going on, how they could help etc., just we don't work with that company and won't provide any information to them for your funding request. They referred me to another company, which is a bit fishy, are they tied to them somehow, and I was denied funding within 24 hours of my request, even though I had already received an offer on my case. I continued to reach out to my case manager and attorney but again felt no consideration for what I was going through, only that they were too busy to provide weekly updates on the negotiations, even though the previous legal team did provide that to me. In the end, we settled on an amount not much above the first offer back in August, and the law firm gets almost as much as I do for having gone through this ordeal. And I still don't have my check! I was told it got lost in the mail, and now we are waiting for another one to be sent lol. What a joke - I will never use this law firm again and would never recommend them to anyone. read more
