Your case managers rotate every other moth on my case , rude ignorant and can't return calls nor emails .. I am highly disappointed . Settlement came in weeks ago and I was told 10 days I'd be cut a check for my end of it ! OK I understand that ... however why has it been multiple weeks without those funds , a return call or a return email ? This is not a good law firm I don't recommend them at all. They're so well known but yet can't keep in-touch with there clients. I've sent emails no response, I've sent text messages no response, I've called and I get there voicemail every time. I reach out to them because I have questions and I want to get updates on the case they never get back to you. They take between 33%-40% of your settlement but can't keep you up-to-date on the case. COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING. Right from the beginning of my relationship with the Boston office, my account rep was non-responsive so I quickly learned to put everything in an email. At the time of settlement, after having my case for a year, they presented me with an offer that I did not accept. Rather than explain the situation to me, they told the insurance company that I was settling WITHOUT my permission. I complained to the lawyer assigned, as well as, to the corporate office. Corporate said that they would get back to me, but never did. The Boston lawyer then decided to decline my case, since there was no more money to be had. Now as I attempt to settle with the insurance company on my own, I find out that Morgan and Morgan put a lien on my settlement even though they did nothing but gather medical records and not communicate with me. Again, I have tried to reach out to corporate by filling out complaint forms and leaving voice messages BUT NO ONE EVER RESPONDS!!! I have kept all documentation of my attempts both during and after my agreement with them; I am not greedy or needy, I just wanted someone to answer my questions and concerns. So my conclusion, is that they are a total scam and that is how they are making money. Do not fall for their fake commercials -- there is no compassion there. I am still receiving medical treatment from the accident, but this is further insult to injury (and my wallet) as Morgan and Morgan decides to scam me out of money they did nothing to earn. This is actually a 0 star review. I submitted my information online and while they quickly called me back, I was extremely frustrated with the outcome. Immediately my intuition told me that there was something slimy about this business. The fact that I received a call less than a minute after I submitted my response, made me think this was a "factory" like practice. Meaning they are just pushing through every response as if they are only cherry picking cases that might bring them big bucks. After wasting about 15 minutes on the phone with a "consultant", and after giving them some private information about our names, birthdates, and locations, I was told that my case would not be forwarded to one of their attorneys. And let me clarify that she made no attempt to speak to any attorney to get that feedback. When I asked for some feedback on why our case would not move forward, the reply was simply that their attorneys are not able to give us that information. WTF?!?! I asked again if she could provide me the criteria and grounds for what makes a case eligible. She gave me nothing. How is this a free consultation???? All along I could tell that she was reading from a script even making statements to make me think that she was being empathetic. I get that she's just doing her job but this is not good practice and only further deepens the injury to already a very painful situation. When I called I was told to do it online. I really couldn't explain the issue well. But in the end they wouldn't take the case, I never got to speak to a person. After calling me several times, sending me to the wrong department that told me that they are unable to help me. I asked them why because according to their website they help with these issues. I was told that they couldn't give me a specific reason why they are unable to help me but that they could refer me to someone else and couldn't guarantee that they could help either. I can't even give them 1 Star, but the website makes you. my girlfriend was referred by my other lawyer chris. who was exceptional. I contacted Morgan and Morgan , they took all my information on my disability claim somewhere around July 2021. Said they will take my case. Did all the paperwork that was needed for them. thought ok great, thank you m&m. Heard nothing for months, then 6 months later I get a call from m&m, saying ohh your disability case never got filed, and then had to re-do everything. Was assured everything's all set, had everything they needed. spent a lot of time getting paperwork from all my doctors, to give to m&m. As they needed these. Again told all set, havent heard anything, social security would call me for information, I was doing everything, idk what m&m was doing, but obviously nothing with my claim, then social security calls again , to set up a medical review with a doctor they chose. I did all that, not m&m. then more time goes by, nothing, then I hear from social security. With another denial. It's now October 2023. Idk what to do now? find a lawyer to sue Morgan and Morgan, what did they do? except cause me more grief and anxiety. I called morgan and morgan after a rear end accident. Noone told me that they were appointing another law firm to represent me. That should have been the first "red flag". I kept my mouth shut, and accepted that although i have learned, now. I will not mention the other law firms name as i have not been compensated yet. I hate to give bad reviews. They are Great when you initially sign up but after that it goes downhill! The most horrible communication system I have ever experienced! i uploaded all my docs and personal information and the only time I hear from M&M is when they want a review. so here we go! I only chose M&M because an attorney who was loyal and did his job very well moved over to their firm. A couple of ti mi mes before that I contacted M&M and they said they could not help me with the car accidents where I was rear ende! SMH! Maybe their policy is to never speak with the client but twice while the case is beginning and ending! I pray my attorney leaves this company and starts his own firm! I have his personal cell so I know how to reach him. But just beware when doing business with M&M. I believe this firm is a faux company because I can not imagine a company doing business as such. This company is very impersonal and sloppy. I received a flurry of automated, cheery text messages that informed me that I "would be called back," with no follow up. I also received a voice mail from a lawyer who sounded very drunk. I got a second vm from this lawyer on behalf of another client--he had called my number by accident. I was very concerned for that client's confidentiality and called the office and the representative laughed it off. I mailed my 911 accident report and picture of what I looked like on 11/8/21 and I never heard from them. I called on 12/1/21 at 4:30pm and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a person that kept repeating the phrase "I'm so sorry this happened" almost like it was computer generated. After a lengthy input this woman said "I'm sorry we are unable to take this case". I wish I had read these reviews first. Stupidly, I "listened" to their scam advertising on TV.
