I booked the Indian head massage. Ambiance was great - warm room, perfect low light etc. gentleman was lovely gave me a quick sketch of what to expect. He was very intentional about informing me what was going to be touched and confirming pressure/depth was good. They essentially amount you then rub your head which is great (18/10 stars). I have a neck that is entirely knots so that is always a bit uncomfortable. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Building is small but very very ikea (I.e laid out in a way to use all space as efficiently as possible). I'm not sure I'll be back here, but hear me out. I don't think they're horrible. This is my second (third?) time with Morgan Ford. The first was last year for my boyfriends birthday, I bought him a massage and 30 minutes of stretching. They didn't actually stretch him, but did an extra 30 minutes of massage, but we didn't complain. It was whatever. This time, we finally were vaccinated. We were treating ourselves, woke up just to head that way, got in, and waited 10 minutes past our appointment time before they finally let us know that one of our masseuses hadn't shown up. They offered us 20% off a future service, but that was pretty much it and sent us on our way. My boyfriend pointed out that if we had cancelled, we would have had to pay 50%, but I won't speak more on that. We were lucky to get in the following weekend for a couples massage, but they weren't very accommodating to our schedule even though they initially cancelled on us. After we had already driven there. The massage we got was great, my masseuse was more about applying pressure than actual massage, which isn't usually my thing, but I have so much relief from it so I can't complain. My boyfriend also thoroughly enjoyed his massage. As far as our service went, it was great. I'm just not sure I would continue coming back here since it hasn't been the greatest experience. I had the absolute best experience and massage here today while in town. I am visiting from NJ for the weekend and decided to get a massage before getting back on the road tomorrow. I saw this location on google with good reviews and decided to book an appointment. My appointment was at 5:45pm and it was with Chelsea. I came in. I was taken on time after filling out a form. The room was cool temperature like i very much so needed because I'm a hot temperature person, so that was absolutely great. Chelsea did an amazing job. I had the Swedish massage I believe but it included everything and it felt absolutely great! I wish I could say I'll be back but I do know if I ever find myself in the area again, I know where to come for a great massage. The cost was also reasonable, and worth it. read more

They have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 24 hours they will charge you for the appointment. I was on my way to a 5:30 appointment when they called and canceled the appointment on me. If they're gonna charge customers for canceling within 24 hours then they should compensate A customer when they do the same thing. When I expressed this to them they didn't care and it fell on deaf ears. I have one day off a week and was in a car accident and desperately needed this massage. Now I have to go another week without getting a massage. Any business that cares this little about their customers that would be willing to do something for him when they cancel on short notice doesn't deserve to be in business. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and a facial, and decided to check out Morgan Ford last night. The location is slightly hidden next to San Jose. I drove by twice before spotting it. I was greeted by name at the front desk and provided a list of aromatherapy options to choose from for the facial portion. There is some initial paperwork that is required, but I was able to find it online and fill it out prior to the appointment to decrease my wait time. First I had an aromatherapy facial with Monica. She was pleasant and kept up a light conversation at the beginning, which eventually drifted off as I became more relaxed. She explained everything as it was happening and the benefits each step would have on my skin. My only complaint about this portion is that the table was not very comfortable, which prevented me from fully relaxing. After the facial I had a massage with Bradley. He was attentive to all of my concerns and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. Again, my only concern was that the table was not great. There were portions of the massage where my face was pressed against a metal piece, which brought me right out of my relaxed vibe. Overall, I would definitely go see both Monica and Bradley again, but would perhaps request a room with a better table next time. read more

I am from St. Louis but live in NYC and have really seen the effects of pollution on my skin. The lactic acid peel totally gave me the clean slate I was looking for. I received a gift certificate for a massage here and I was really excited since it would be my first time here. I thought the overall experience was great. The ambiance is on point and they really get that. I thought the massage was just okay, It felt good but every massage feels good. It was nothing to rave about. I am thankful for the gift and the massage was a nice perk but I don't think I will be going out of my way to pay for a massage here in the future. I purchased a Living Social voucher for this place. Made my appointment for the day after Christmas. Unfortunately, I became ill and when I called to reschedule (which I was informed by appointment taker would not be an issue since 24 hours before would have been Christmas), the lady who answered (she claimed she was the owner) was downright rude, bitchy and not at all customer friendly. I understand the policy but how do you have three locations if you treat potential customers this way. She also informed me that the cancellation policy did not apply to Living Social clients, no cancellations were allowed with that. Totally unprofessional and rude. This place was sure not as they say Heaven on Earth. My family booked a room at Morgan's Ford & Spa Websters Grove location on behalf of our pre Mother's Day event to relax and just enjoy ourselves as a family . I walked in a joined my cousin who planned the spa that started @ 1:30. The rest of the family came right after we laughed , took pictures, ate desserts and finger foods . As we our enjoying ourselves we see a roach crawling on the ceiling , a staff member name Dianna came down and said awww it's just a baby, with a broom in her hand she got it down and stomped it . As we proceed to laugh it off and think nothing of it another roach jumped onto my cousin's wrist as she was eating by then we are screaming and very upset . Dianna ran down the stairs and said I hear ya ladies where is it smiling not looking surprised. I then asked Dianna do they have this problem often she replied saying sometimes . I hadn't had my massage yet I was the second one to walk in sign papers and now it was 3:12 our massage therapy was over @ 3:30 and down comes a lady asking for me to get my massage I asked her why haven't I been called earlier because I wasn't going to have a full 30 mins . She couldn't explain why but started to say how sorry she was for everything that was going on . By then everyone had there massage except me and another family member . We wanted a full refund , Dianna called the manager but couldn't give us a refund no one could help us . She proceeded to tell us to call the manager ourselves so we called the number on the card that Dianna gave us which was the number to the phone Dianna had at the desk . She then said I'm sorry I didn't realize Jennifer didn't have more information on the card . As one of my family members walked up the stairs she see's another roach that looked like it's​ been there forever and told Dianna . Dianna begin to apologise saying that the exterminator and the landlord has been called but, couldn't give us or money back . As we are about to go down the stairs she says we'll you guys refused service sooooo. We stopped and asked Dianna I'm sorry but it's reasons​ why the two of us refused your service she then had a smile on her face saying she was sorry again and don't know what to do or tell us but to call back Monday to talk to a manager. So we went outside​ and waited for the last member of the family that was getting a massage and talked about the horrible service we were getting. As far as family members that did have there massage begin to tell us that their massage was great but then as we continued with the conversation we began to realize they gave some a full body massage and some not. We where all there to get a full body massages but apparently one of the staff members told one of my family members you don't really need a full body massage after she asked him how come she didn't get a full body massage.
