I had my first routine cleaning today and I had a very positive experience overall. I was greeted upon entry, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and my wait wasn't long. The dental hygienist, Gina, was friendly, kind and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I didn't experience any discomfort. She listened to my concerns and addressed them patiently, professionally and knowledgeably. Dr. Fillebrown was also very kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The…read moredentist had the worst bedside manor not pleasant and got made that I asked to take a break from drilling. got my crown and a month later got tooth infection went today and they didn't go over my xray and said oh you need a root canal and it will be $2700 out of pocket.. mind you it's the fault of them and I have insurance. I will be filing a complaint formally.
