My recommendation is to hire a florist who is open to your ideas but is also realistic when it comes down to the game plan and that is Hylary. * Wedding Day * A lot of the work that florists do is done behind the scenes while you are getting ready so I appreciate what Hylary, Jason, and Jacquie had to do in order to make everything look perfect and it truly was. H&J couldn't have come any closer to what I had envisioned for my bridal bouquet. The moment I saw the pergola garland arrangement at the end of the aisle, I was floored. At the end of the night, the only thing we had to do was take home the bouquets and centerpieces. H&J cleaned up the rest of the florals and picked up the candle rentals. What arrived was heartbreaking. I walked to my front door and saw a wet, torn gift bag sitting there. At first I honestly thought someone had left trash at my doorstep. When I picked it up, a tiny metal bucket with broken flowers fell onto the ground. The arrangement was approximately 3 inches tall and about 1.5-2 inches wide. The flowers were sparse, damaged, aearinnd looked nothing like the advertised bouquet. There was just a handwritten tag stapled to the bag. I waited until my son called because I truly thought there had been some mistake. When he asked if I received the flowers he sent, I showed him photos. He was shocked and upset after spending over $50 on what he believed would be a thoughtful Mother's Day gift. I understand substitutions happen during busy holidays, but this arrangement was dramatically smaller and substantially different from what was advertised online. It honestly looked like a few cut flowers placed into a tiny bucket. What upset me most was hearing how disappointed my son was after trying to do something kind and special for Mother's Day. I'm posting this review so other customers can make decisions before ordering. I strongly recommend asking for exact dimensions before purchasing as they are not in the description.
