I didn't have any time to use that either so I can't speak on it. I did notice however that it was kept clean. Service was also super friendly and attentive.

When I called the front desk, instead of trying to fix their mistake, I was told I was wrong. There was no apology, no attempt to verify my reservation, and no effort to make things right. I was traveling with my wife and our two toddlers. Because the room didn't have the sleeping arrangements I reserved, my wife and children had to share the king bed while I slept on the floor. When I asked if they could provide a rollaway bed or any reasonable accommodation, I was told they would charge me even more for something that should never have been necessary. The night staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for the manager's information, the employee refused to provide it and wouldn't even tell me his own name. That's not customer service--it's avoiding accountability. The only employee who treated us with respect was James the next morning. He listened, apologized, and provided the manager's contact information. Unfortunately, despite leaving my information, the manager has never bothered to return my call. To make matters even worse, I was charged more than the price I originally booked the room for, with no clear explanation. This hotel failed at the basics: honoring a reservation, treating guests with respect, resolving a problem they created, and following up afterward. Families should think twice before staying here because if something goes wrong, don't expect anyone to take responsibility. I will never stay at this Hampton by Hilton again, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect professionalism, honesty, or even basic customer service.

Unfortunately, some people don't clean their own mess. The rooms are nice. Well lit if necessary, with a lot of light switches. But I wish there were more electrical outlets or USB plug ports. Oh well. The bed was still good. I wasn't concave in the center, nor was I spilling out from the sides. Probably because they're still rather new. It actually felt better than other hotel beds. It didn't affect my back. Lol. The bathroom, hmmm, I think needed a better cleaning. The shower and tub wasn't the cleanest. We actually had to request a different room prior, because there was still hair around the drains. I was quite grossed out. The front desk people are very nice. I liked that, although it's an inn, the doors and halls were inside- that feels safer to me. With that, however, everything is pretty loud. Everyone forgets common courtesy and lets their door slam behind them. You're surrounded by parking lots on both sides of the inn and fast food restaurants too. Bring a sound machine! My rooms door actually didn't have a working deadbolt. The stopper still worked but I also put a chair in front of the door overnight so I felt more secure. The rooms were updated and modern-looking but it looked like lipstick on a pig- not so well done. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of workout equipment in the fitness center. I did not try the pool but it being an indoor one is pretty neat. The hot tub was still boarded up. Some wins, some misses. I might stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Immediately I knew I would love this place. The valets were great. The lobby staff were great. I was at the resort for two days and I swear I never touched a door to open. My room was ready early which was a bonus and the room. Again just great. Spacious. Ultra clean. All the amenities you could want. Fridge bar area. Fireplace. Sliding double doors to a private patio overlooking a fantastic golf course. Giant bathroom with separate soaking tub that was divine. I could review the golf all by itself. Super nice caddy Jack who it was a pleasure to spend the day working alongside and perfect weather because it can certainly get hot out there. Much to our surprise they did not have any chairs on the grass set up at all - which was completely different than what's written on the website. So it was a good thing my friend brought hers. The room layout, the price, and the convenient location are the only things going for this hotel. *Deep breath* Here goes: The pillows are HORRENDOUS. Our room had two beds including the pull out sofa, but the room only came with two pillows for the queen sized bed. I went to the front desk to ask for more. They only had ONE to spare. Instead, I was given a stack of extra linens, an extra couch cushion, and an apology. So one of my kids had to sleep using a pillowcase covered couch cushion that was stained (yuck) for a pillow. Which, to be fair, was probably more comfortable than the actual pillows. So flimsy you can stack two of them and STILL feel the mattress under your head. The pull out couch was miserable for my kids who could normally sleep on a bed of nails without complaint. It was so bad that we borrowed a spare mattress from a nearby relative to throw on top of the paper thin pull out mattress for the duration of our stay. The keycards. Omg the MFing key cards. They are so easily demagnetized that, we were having to get them replaced about twice a day for the entire week. Not exaggerating. They tell you not to put the key cards near your phone, car keys, in your purse or wallet, or near other credit cards. Where the hell are you supposed to keep them then? In a hobo bag tied to the end of a stick? The complimentary breakfast is pathetic. It's a fridge full of frozen Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches and a basket of Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, juice, coffee and there's a sign that says "Take ONE Item." My husband never says no to a free breakfast...and he said no to the free breakfast. The staff is friendly enough, and it was clean. But by the gods, do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else if you want a good night's sleep, because this place was just the frickin WORST.

Cash best, card hold next best, card charge not a good thing, especially if you're not aware of it or the card balance is already close to the limit. Well, first time for everything. I'm writing this review while I'm still at the facility. First off, when I read reviews I ALWAYS sort them by newest first. Anything older than 18 months gets ignored. Anyway, not sure what was going on here years ago that spurred all those dreadful reviews and photos, but I can honestly say it ain't going on now. Everything about this place is just fine. The staff, lobby, rooms, hallways, elevator, breakfast, all good, and plenty of TV channels. The fitness room is spacious with a sauna, restroom and shower, and the pool and hot tub (or whatever it's called) and surrounding area look fine as well.
