I had a brand new fridge I purchased in February 2023. On June 6 of this year the fridge leaked all over my floor. Ruining my floors in my house. After 4 months of having damages to my floors I finally got my floors fixed. Country financial did everything in there power to not cover all the damages. They said since I have a break in my flooring they wanted to partially replace the flooring in my house. The flooring in my house was only 6 years old. The old flooring was no longer made anymore. So they wanted to piece together my home. Back to the fridge, so Samsung was liable for all damages to my home they reimbursed me for my refrigerator only. Country financial was dealing directly with Samsung with only there reimbursement in mind. Over the claim country worked only for themselves. They did not treat me as a customer, they treated me very poorly in regards of not backing me as a customer. They could have fixed my flooring correctly and had Samsung pay for all the damages. But they didn't, They basically threw me under the bus and I lost 4249.50 in repair costs for bedroom floor replacement. So after my floors were repaired, country financial was fully reimbursed for the claim I received a large rate hike on my home and car insurance policy. My car insurance doubled in price and my homeowners policy went up 230.00 dollars as well. I went with a different insurance company got way better coverage on my car and home policy. Run very far from country Financial.
