The so called EMERGENCY line is not answered especially on the weekend. Not having air conditioning for 3 days in this Texas heat is unacceptable. It took 3 months for someone to show up to address the mice droppings I was finding in my patio closet. The outside grounds are unkept and sloppy looking. The green electrical boxes with all the wiring hanging out of each located in the parking area just seems unsafe. Period!!!

Pipe bursted in our ceiling with water coming out of the light fixture. They never replaced the light fixture and it took them A YEAR to fix our bathroom wall, and ceiling. They never replaced the insulin in the wall so we heard EVERYTHING the rest of the time going on next door. EVERYTHING. Maintenance left a huge chunk of carpet missing with nails sticking up out of the floor for 3 days before we finally demanded they come back and finish the job and the office acted like they had no idea. You pay 5 different charges for trash but if you're trash is still out from the night before and they see it they charge you 50$ . The ladies in the office are so unprofessional and so petty and catty. They will make sure all the problems you have are YOUR fault and drag their feet to help fix it. -Pest control doesn't exist. But don't worry you still have to pay it every month. -Maintenance will stay tearing down your patio fence to rebuild a new one at 8 am with NO NOTICE AT ALL blaring their music and drinking beer all day right outside your door while "working" -there are broken down vehicles all over the place some have been there for 6-9 months and they don't do anything about it so you're forced to walk wayyyy farther out from your building. -cats are RAMPANT and will have a cat fight on your patio at 2 am damaging all your property making a mess but don't worry because the maintenance family in 41 puts out water and food for them everyday and keeps them around . -if you call the office too many times about an issue you're having AND THEYRE NOT FIXING they'll just curse you out and hang up on you.

I will NEVER live somewhere like this again. this apartment complex has caused me more stress and…read moreheartache than any place I have ever lived! I have now lived here almost a year. we moved here because harvey affected us and there was limited places to go. When I first started leasing (sept 2017) I moved into a two bedroom. there was supposed to be a 'special offer' for moving in, but apparently we had come in one day late, which was ridiculous considering when we called they offered the special and never said it was ending the next day. moving forward, nothing in our apartment worked, not the a/c, the tub, the washer& dryer hookups. the balcony door didn't shut all the way (which made out electric bill extremely high.) we called and called but no one ever came to fix the issue. (march 2018) we transferred to a one bedroom. we had a move in date of march 9th, but we were made to wait another week until march 16th, because they didn't have our unit ready. once we moved it, again nothing worked. the a/c kept going out, the shower had no water pressure. we called and called again and they came out once and made it to where our shower only sprayed scolding hot water and our a/c still barley works. my rent goes up every month. I pay almost 200 dollars JUST FOR WATER. anyways those aren't even the worst things. so my lease was supposed to be up this septemeber 2018. when we transferred we thought we signed a 6 month lease because that is what we discussed. apparently not. it is no a whole year lease. not being able to move until march 2019. how? I have no idea. I never got a copy of my lease. I have asked to be emailed my lease and their computers are down or they are "too busy". I know for a fact I only wanted a 6 month lease, whether or not they messed up on the lease or changed it ILLEGALLY after we signed. I may never know. Thank you baybrook village for teaching me, if the world can take advantage of you, they will. if I can find a way to sue or extinguish my lease I will.

My boyfriend was the one dealing with the moving process, so I never looked this place up, but seeing the reviews now makes so much sense. Since day 1- keep in mind I just moved across the states DRIVING with my tank pets so it was extremely stressful.. We arrived excited to finally get off the road and hopefully get to sleep the following day before moving all our belongings inside. NOPE! I am now fully aware of my upstairs neighbor's routine while I am still reestablishing mine. She wakes up at 6 am every day and walks around in her heels for about 2 hours before she departs around 8:30. She gets home at 5 pm and has her friends' dogs over on the weekends that have crazy zoomies late in the night.. On day 2, our A/C stopped working. The following week, we needed to take a trip out of state and were gone for about 4 days. Upon getting back, there was a HUGE puddle of water sitting on our floor from the a/c closet.... So they do not FIX things- they put a band-aid on it. The walls are extremely thin- I hear banging and clunking at all hours of the day. It's extremely devastating and disappointing to have all these issues within 2 weeks. Don't let the appearance of the apartments be your only deciding factor if you appreciate quiet and peaceful environments. I guess I will have to buy my upstairs neighbor some slippers to make my mornings a bit quieter.

I really enjoy my apartment, which is a partial studio (there's a sleeping area but it has sliding doors so it's almost like a one-bedroom). The building itself is safe as all of the doors are key fob locked, though this will cause a lot of problems for your poor Uber/Doordash/Amazon Flex drivers who cannot access the building before 10am or after 5pm most days. The interior is clean and looks new. The amenities fit my needs, though they are not amazing. The fitness room has most of what I need, but it is rather small and cramped. The parking spaces are also rather small and will cost $35/month (garages are also available for a higher cost). There is no gate to the property so be wary of leaving valuables in your car. Water pressure is a constant struggle (my shower feels like a tickle on my back), but it's something you learn to live with. I live on the 2nd floor and have only seen one roach (it's Texas, they're kind of a given). That said, the complex IS right up against Clear Creek (hence the name) and a patch of #nature, so be prepared to see lots of critters, especially at night. There are lizards and frogs and spiders etc that like to hang around outside.

OK, we do not live here, BUT we did try to live here. The website clearly states "UP TO 2 MONTHS…read moreFREE". When we drove in we were told it was "ONLY ON A 2 BEDROOM!" Ok, so... let's look at 2 bedrooms. NONE AVAILABLE! Then, to make matters even more deceptive, after discovering they have no 2 bedrooms available, the "UP TO 2 MONTHS FREE" really means one month is free (AFTER YOU PAY A FULL MONTH UP FRONT) and the second "FREE MONTH" is NOT a "FREE MONTH" at all, but is simply a reduction in rent for the remaining 13 months, we determined there really is no "2 MONTHS FREE". The reply from the leasing agent was simply: "Im not in charge of marketing!" If this is how the relationship is before we even become a tenant, I can only imagine how much worse things will be after we move in, and judging from the other poor reviews on here, it looks like we made a good choice NOT to move in here.
