The first thing you will notice is all the pot holes they have in the parking lot…read more Way too many kids not being watched and left to play not only in the grassy areas, but in the parking lot. Several times, much later in the eveing, some kids have been in the parking lot playing ball and I see balls hitting other vehicles. A bit hard to find their location if you don't konw where they are, but there is a sign off the highway that does point an arrow, so watch for it if you come here. I was told that maintenance issues are only done through an email off their website that you must submit through. Maintenance issues do not get done as fast as they should. You cannot report these issues via phone or by going into the office. They ahve not told me how they handle after hour emergencis such as ceiling leaks. Otherwise a little bit worn down but the outsides of the complex seems livable. Insides of the apartments not new looking, but again, livable.

I have called all day between the hours of 8-5 and left messages and never received a call back. I then tried calling the maintenence number given on office recording and again no one answers and there is no option to leave a message. Very unprofessional and redicilous!

However, they decided to charge me for any little cosmetic damages until my deposit was completely taken. The refrigerator came broken, the blinds were filthy until replaced, the cabinets and doors fall apart just from being touched! They have a terrible German roach and spider infestation. Had I known they were going to keep my deposit despite me leaving a clean unit I would have left it a mess! If you Decide to rent here don't bother cleaning the place when you leave they're going to keep your deposit anyway!!!
