My teeth would move with braces quickly, but they were stubborn and my adult teeth crowded them again after growing in. After trial and error with an expander, braces, and retainers, my teeth became straight during my 10th grade year. I thought I was done until, my teeth moved quicker than my retainer could handle and my wisdom teeth got removed (crowding my teeth) and so now I end my years with a permanent retainer! (my favorite option) The staff has always been nice and welcoming, so much that I forget the worries/anxieties of being at an appointment. Any pain I had from expanders or braces could be solved with a couple advil or tylenol. After every appointment, I never missed opportunity to get a toy with the tokens from the front desk (I recommend the bouncy balls). 100% recommend, especially for kids.

This review is for orthodontics services for my child that started in November 2024. I have dental…read moreinsurance and was quoted a price factoring in the insurance reimbursement. They attempted to file a claim with the insurer in November, then nothing showed up. I called several times with the typical back and forth. In March 2025, we finally got them to file a claim both digitally and in the mail to the insurer. Still nothing as of May 2025. Now, I am with a new employer and new plan with a different insurer. Technically, the contract I signed states I will have to pay the full amount regardless, but I am feeling very upset that the billing customer service team is not proactive in helping customers process claims effectively. I am now planning on just paying it out and eating the cost because of this issue. Either way, I will probably not be sending anyone else to this organization anytime soon. On a side note, the treatment plan we have included self-scans of my child's teeth and no in office appointments. So far, it's going OK but you'd think it would be a cheaper option. Not so much. My wife just went to another orthodontist office locally and was able to get a full service invisalign package for less cost and more care. Not sure what happened to NOVA Orthodontics but they used to be the best in the area.

Place is a sham of a dentist. They try and steal the teeth they remove or any precious metal. Their…read morecleanings are the worst of any dentist I've been to in my entire life. The staff is not knowledgeable. Their fillings fail. Their crowns fail. They don't know what they're doing. All they want is your money. I went back to my old dentist, though out of my network. Not worth jeopardizing your health. My wife had a tooth pulled and they removed part of her jaw bone with it and chipped the tooth next to it and said nothing. They had a great dentist briefly but he was only there for less than 6 months and I see why. Stay away from these people.
