I spoke with the owner before business hours on Monday morning and told him our dilemma. He said he would have Sammy look at it as soon as he got in. I talked to Sammy within a couple of hours and was informed it needed a new transmission. BCS got a remanufactured tranny and had it installed the same day with a nationwide 18 month warranty all for less than $2500. There was a coupon online and they let me use it for $150 off the total even though I had to pay over the phone. BCS took care of a broken down college kid and did it in a fair and equitable manner. I ended up having to pay an impound fee to T and W who picked my car up to have it released over to AAA. A phone call was made and TW was told payment would be made in person the next day. Verbal agreement made. TW then decided to take the car to their impound lot. Not good business and a way to scam money. I would suggest using a towing company with much more integrity. The better business has been contacted and considering legal representation. I also feel the public needs to be aware of the scamming by this company
